    • Home Care

At Town and Country Care, we provide home care support to people living in and around Boston, Lincolnshire. We work with older people, younger adults, and people living with dementia, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments, helping them to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes for as long as possible. We understand that inviting someone into your home is a significant step, and we do not take that trust lightly. Our team takes the time to get to know each person properly, not just their care needs but also their routines, preferences, and the things that matter most to them day to day. We believe that good care is built on genuine relationships, consistency, and honest communication with both the people we support and their families. Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us as good overall, which reflects the commitment our staff bring to their work. We are proud of that rating, though we continue to look at how we can improve and learn, because there is always more we can do. Whether someone needs support with personal care, help around the home, or simply some companionship during the week, we tailor our visits around what each individual actually needs rather than fitting people into a fixed routine. We also recognise that circumstances change, so we stay in close contact with families and review care arrangements regularly to make sure everything still feels right. If you are considering home care for yourself or someone you love, we are always happy to have an informal conversation. There is no pressure and no obligation. We just want to help you understand your options and make the decision that feels right for your family.

    • Home Care

Here at CICA Solutions Office, we provide home care in Lincoln and the surrounding areas of Lincolnshire, supporting people to live comfortably and independently in their own homes. We work with a range of people, including older adults, younger adults living with physical disabilities, and individuals affected by dementia. Our team takes time to understand each person properly before any care begins. Everyone we support has their own routines, preferences and ways of doing things, and we think that matters. Care that does not account for the individual is not really care at all. Dementia care is one of the areas we are particularly experienced in. We know how unsettling changes can be for someone living with dementia, which is why familiar surroundings and consistent support make such a difference. Staying at home, wherever possible, gives people a sense of continuity and comfort that a move elsewhere simply cannot replicate. For those living with a physical disability, we focus on what each person can do and wants to do, rather than leading with what they cannot. Independence looks different for everyone, and we are here to support that in whatever form it takes. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and, as a relatively new provider, we have not yet received a formal CQC rating. We welcome that scrutiny and are committed to being open and transparent about how we work. Our team is local. We understand Lincoln and Lincolnshire, and that local knowledge helps us to connect people with the right support at the right time. If you would like to talk to us about care for yourself or someone close to you, we are always happy to have an honest conversation about what we can offer and whether we are the right fit. Please do get in touch.

    • Home Care

Here at Amber Care, we provide home care to people across Market Rasen and the surrounding areas of Lincolnshire. Our aim is straightforward: to support people to live well in their own homes, with the right help at the right time, delivered by people who genuinely care about those they look after. We work with a wide range of individuals, including older adults, younger adults, and people living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. We understand that no two people are the same, so we take the time to get to know each person, their routines, their preferences, and what matters most to them day to day. We are proud to hold a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the consistent effort our whole team puts in to making sure care is safe, responsive, and centred around the individual. That rating means a great deal to us, not because it is a badge to display, but because it tells the people we support and their families that they can trust us. Our team is made up of people who are committed to doing this work properly. We invest in training and development so that everyone supporting our clients has the knowledge and confidence to do so well, whether that means assisting with personal care, supporting someone with complex needs, or simply being a familiar, friendly face during the week. If you are looking for home care in Market Rasen or the wider Lincolnshire area, for yourself or for someone you love, we would be very happy to have a conversation about how we might help. We believe that good care starts with listening, and that is always where we begin.

    • Home Care

At Honeycomb Care, we provide home care support to people living in Lincoln and the wider Lincolnshire area, helping individuals to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes for as long as they choose to do so. We work with a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and individuals living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities. Every person who comes to us brings their own story, their own routines, and their own preferences, and we make it our business to understand those things properly before we ever begin supporting someone. Home care works best when it is built around the individual rather than fitted around a schedule, and that is the approach we take here. Whether someone needs a short daily visit or more regular ongoing support, we aim to make sure that what we offer genuinely reflects what that person actually wants and needs. We know that inviting someone into your home, or into the home of a family member, is not a decision made lightly. There is a real trust involved in that, and we do not take it for granted. Our focus is on building consistent, reliable relationships so that the people we support feel comfortable and confident with whoever comes through their door. Lincoln and the communities around it are places we know well, and being locally rooted matters to us. It means we can be responsive, present, and genuinely connected to the people we support rather than being a distant provider that simply sends someone out on a rota. If you are thinking about home care for yourself or someone close to you, we would always encourage you to get in touch and have a proper conversation with us. We are happy to talk things through without any pressure.

    • Home Care

We at Holy Spirit Home Care Lincoln are proud to offer compassionate home care across Lincoln and the wider Lincolnshire community, supporting individuals to live well and independently in the comfort of their own homes. As a dedicated home care provider, we believe that familiar surroundings are often the very best setting for receiving thoughtful, person centred support. Operating throughout the LN postcode area, our team travels to people across Lincoln and the surrounding East Midlands neighbourhoods, bringing care directly to the doorsteps of those who need it. Whether someone lives in a quiet village on the outskirts or in the heart of the city, we tailor our visits to fit seamlessly into the rhythm of daily life at home, respecting each person's routines, preferences, and personal space. Our specialisms reflect the diverse needs of the people we support. We provide older person care for those who simply need a helping hand to continue enjoying life at home, alongside specialist dementia care delivered with patience, consistency, and a deep understanding of how memory loss affects both the individual and their loved ones. We also support adults living with mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments, as well as younger adults who benefit from tailored assistance to maintain their independence and pursue their goals. In practice, this means our care is never one size fits all. For one person, support might look like help with morning routines, medication prompts, and a friendly conversation over breakfast. For another, it might involve more complex personal care, mobility assistance, or sensitive companionship during difficult moments. We work closely with families to understand what truly matters, building care plans that evolve as circumstances change. Relatives often tell us that knowing a trusted carer is visiting brings enormous peace of mind, particularly when they live at a distance or are balancing their own commitments. As a newer presence in the local care landscape, Holy Spirit Home Care Lincoln has not yet received a formal CQC rating. Every regulated provider begins this journey, and we welcome the inspection process as a meaningful opportunity to demonstrate the standards we hold ourselves to every day. In the meantime, we remain fully committed to delivering safe, respectful, and responsive care that meets the expectations set by the Care Quality Commission, and we are always happy to discuss our approach openly with families considering our support. Choosing home care for a loved one is a deeply personal decision, and we understand the questions, worries, and hopes that come with it. If you are exploring options for yourself or someone dear to you in Lincoln or the surrounding Lincolnshire area, we warmly invite you to get in touch. We would be delighted to listen, answer your questions, and help you understand how thoughtful home care could make a real difference.

We provide care in people's own homes in Market Rasen and the surrounding villages of Lincolnshire. Our clients are older people, younger adults, people living with dementia, people managing mental health conditions and people with physical disabilities. Working across a rural county has its own demands. Distances are long, neighbours can be far off and getting into town is not simple for everybody, so our visits often carry more weight than the same visit would in a city. We plan our rounds with that in mind, so that calls are made when they are supposed to be and people are not left waiting. What happens on a visit is agreed with the person beforehand. It might be help to get up, wash and dress, support with medication, preparing meals and making sure somebody is eating and drinking properly, help to move safely about the house, laundry and shopping, or getting out to appointments. Company matters too, and for people who see few others in a week we do not treat conversation as an optional extra. We put the plan in writing so everybody knows what has been arranged, and we revise it as things change. Our carers are trained for the needs they will meet, supervised properly, and kept as consistent as our rotas allow, because knowing who is coming through the door makes a real difference. If you are looking into care at home in this part of Lincolnshire, please get in touch and we will give you an honest picture.

    • Home Care

Allways Care provides community support in people's own homes in Skegness and the surrounding parts of Lincolnshire. Our work is built around the life somebody already has, and the aim is to support it rather than reorganise it for our convenience. We support older adults who need help with personal care, medication, meals or getting safely about the house, and people living with dementia, where familiarity and an unhurried manner are worth more than anything else we could offer. We work with adults who have a learning disability or autism, where the point is to build confidence and skills at the individual's own pace, and with people living with mental health conditions, where a steady relationship and early attention to changes make the greatest difference. We support people with physical disabilities, helping with washing, dressing and mobility while leaving the person in charge of how things are done, and people with a visual or hearing impairment, adapting how we announce ourselves, speak and explain. We keep the team around each person as small and consistent as the rota allows, because trust is built through familiarity. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. • Home Care

We provide care at home in Market Rasen and the surrounding part of Lincolnshire. The people we support include older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, people with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, people with visual or hearing impairments, people living with eating disorders and people whose difficulties involve alcohol or drugs. That is a wide range of need, and it only works if we ask before we plan. For an older person, help often centres on personal care, medication, meals and keeping the house manageable. Where somebody is living with dementia, a familiar and unhurried carer does more good than anything written down. For a person dealing with substance use or an eating disorder, what helps most is usually staff who are steady, do not moralise and keep turning up when they said they would. Working across a market town and a good deal of countryside means reliability has to be planned rather than promised, and we would rather be honest about what we can cover than commit to more than we can keep to. Our staff are trained for the needs they are asked to meet and have senior colleagues they can reach. We do not yet hold an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission and are glad to discuss that openly. If you are looking for support at home, please get in touch.

Right at Home Grantham, Newark and Melton Mowbray provides care at home across this part of Lincolnshire and the borders of Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire. Our visits are built around the person rather than around a list of tasks, and they can be anything from a short daily call to several hours of support at a time. For older people we help with washing and dressing, medication, meals, laundry, shopping and getting out and about. Often the most valuable part of a visit is the company: sitting down properly with somebody and not rushing off. For people living with dementia we keep the same care workers visiting, work with the routine that already suits the household and avoid rearranging a home somebody knows well. We support adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, where the emphasis is independence and communication that suits the person, and adults with mental health needs, where reliability does most of the good. For people with a physical disability we help with moving safely and managing at home, and where there is sight or hearing loss we adapt how we communicate. Younger adults are supported around their own commitments. Covering a rural area means travel time is real, so we plan rotas properly rather than promising what cannot be delivered. Cera provides care and support in people's own homes across Lincolnshire, working from our base in Boston. We visit older people, people living with dementia, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, people living with sight or hearing loss, younger adults, and people working through difficulties with alcohol or drugs. We would rather be straight with you from the start. At our most recent inspection the Care Quality Commission rated us as requires improvement. We are not going to write around that. The findings were taken seriously, there is an improvement plan we are working through, and if you are considering us you should ask directly what has changed and what is still outstanding. You will get a plain answer. What we are trying to do has not changed. The work covers personal care, medication, meals, moving safely about the house, laundry, shopping, appointments and unhurried company. Working across a rural county means distances are real, so we plan rounds geographically and keep them stable, which also means people see the same few faces rather than whoever the rota threw up. Genuine improvement comes from listening to the households we visit and then acting rather than recording. That is where our attention is, and anybody is welcome to hold us to it.

At Unique Homecare Lincoln, we provide personalised home care to people living in Lincoln and the surrounding areas of Lincolnshire. Our work centres on helping individuals remain comfortable, independent and supported within their own homes, which is where most people feel most at ease. We support a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults living with physical disabilities, and those affected by dementia or mental health conditions. Each person we work with has their own story, their own routines and their own preferences, and we take the time to understand what matters most to them before anything else. Care plans are built around the individual, not the other way around. Dementia care is an area we take particularly seriously. We understand how disorienting and distressing this condition can be, both for the person living with it and for the people who love them. Our team approaches this work with patience and consistency, helping to create a sense of familiarity and calm in the home environment. For those living with mental health conditions or physical disabilities, we know that the right support can make an enormous difference to everyday confidence and wellbeing. Whether someone needs a little help with daily tasks or more regular hands on assistance, we aim to provide care that feels respectful and genuinely useful. We are proud to have received a rating of Good from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the commitment of our team and the trust placed in us by the people we support and their families. If you are thinking about care options for yourself or a loved one in the Lincoln area, we would be happy to have a conversation with you. There is no pressure, just an honest discussion about how we might be able to help.

Atern Care provides care at home for people in Gainsborough and the surrounding villages. We keep what we do straightforward: reliable, respectful help in the place where somebody already lives, for as much or as little of the day as they need. Most of our work is with older people. We help with washing and dressing, prompting and support with medication, meals and drinks, laundry, shopping and keeping the home comfortable. We also help people get out of the house, whether that is to an appointment, to the shops or simply for some air, and we make time for the conversation that goes with it. In a market town and the villages around it, transport is not always easy, and getting out is often the part people miss most. We also support younger adults, arranging visits around work, study and family life rather than expecting somebody to plan their week around our rota. Keeping the same care workers going to the same households matters to us, because familiarity means somebody notices when things are not quite right. Care is arranged after a proper conversation with the person and, where they want it, their family, and reviewed as needs change. If something is not working we would rather hear it early. Please ring us if you would like to talk it through.

We at LIBERTAS are proud to provide compassionate home care across Louth and the surrounding communities of Lincolnshire, supporting people to live well within the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Based in the market town of Louth in the LN postcode area, our team covers the wider East Midlands region, reaching families throughout this welcoming corner of Lincolnshire. Because we deliver care where you already feel most at ease, in your own living room, kitchen or garden, there is no need to leave behind treasured surroundings, neighbours or routines. We simply come to you, fitting our support around the rhythms of your everyday life. Our specialisms span older person care, home care, mental health support and care for younger adults, which means we are able to walk alongside people at very different stages of life and with very different needs. For an older person, that might mean a friendly, familiar face helping with morning routines, medication reminders, meal preparation or a reassuring companion during the day. For younger adults, it might mean practical support that promotes independence, confidence and the freedom to pursue interests, work or study. For those living with mental health challenges, our approach is patient, respectful and consistent, recognising that trust is built gently over time and that dignity sits at the heart of every visit. For families, what this looks like in practice is peace of mind. It is knowing that a loved one is not facing the day alone, that someone reliable is checking in, and that the small but vital details, a favourite cup of tea made just so, a gentle prompt to take medication, a chat about the grandchildren, are being noticed and cherished. We work in partnership with relatives, GPs and other health professionals so that care feels joined up rather than fragmented, and we take time to listen to what matters most to each individual we support. Our most recent CQC inspection resulted in an overall rating of Requires Improvement, with Good ratings across the Effective, Caring and Responsive domains, and Requires Improvement in Safe and Well led. We believe in being open about this. The Good ratings reflect what families tell us they experience day to day: kind, thoughtful carers who deliver support that genuinely helps people, and a team that responds to changing needs with care and attention. Where the CQC identified areas for improvement, we take that feedback seriously and use it as a springboard for ongoing development, because we know that trust is earned through honesty and continual progress, not perfection. If you are exploring home care options for yourself or someone you love in Louth or the wider Lincolnshire area, we would be very glad to hear from you. Choosing care is a deeply personal decision, and there is no pressure and no rush. Reach out for a warm, unhurried conversation, and let us explore together how we might support your family to feel safe, settled and truly at home.

We are EMCAS, a home care agency based in Louth and supporting adults across this part of Lincolnshire. We visit people in their own homes, providing the help that makes staying there workable. We support older people and people living with dementia, people with physical disabilities, people with a visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults who need help with daily life. The work is practical: washing and dressing, support with medication, meals prepared properly, shopping, housework, and a hand getting out of the house. For some people that is one call a day and for others it is several. Covering a market town and a great many surrounding villages, we plan our rounds realistically. A visit out in the countryside should be as dependable as one in the middle of Louth, and if we cannot promise that we would rather say so at the outset than let somebody down later. We try hard to keep the same small group of workers going to the same person. Familiarity does much of the work in home care: somebody you know is easier to let into the house, and a worker who knows you notices sooner when you are unwell. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please ring us if you would like to talk about care at home.

Atlas Care in Lincolnshire supports people in their own homes in Spalding and across the surrounding area. We work with older people, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability, autistic adults, people living with mental ill health, people with a physical disability, people with visual or hearing impairment and younger adults. We also support people living with eating disorders and people affected by alcohol or drug misuse. We take on a broad range of need on purpose. People's circumstances rarely stay neatly in one category, and being able to keep supporting somebody as things change matters more than tidy specialisms. Our visits cover personal care, support with medication, meals, help around the house and getting out and about. Alongside that runs the quieter part of the job, which is noticing. Someone eating less, a sore area starting, a person who has gone quiet. A carer who visits regularly sees that long before any review would. Where we support people with eating disorders or with addiction, we work without judgement and alongside the clinicians involved. Covering a rural area means we build travel time into rotas properly so visits are not clipped short. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please get in touch to talk things through.

We are the Serenity Community Hub, based in Grantham, and we provide care and support in people's own homes across this part of Lincolnshire. We support older people, including many living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic people, adults living with mental ill health, people with physical disabilities, and younger adults. A community hub is not just a name to us. A good deal of the harm we see comes from isolation rather than illness, and so alongside practical help we take seriously the business of keeping people connected: company, conversation, and support to get out to the places and people that matter to them. Support is agreed with the person before it starts. We ask how the day runs now, what has become difficult, what they still want to manage themselves, and where a hand would genuinely help. That might mean help with washing and dressing, a prompt and a check with medication, a meal cooked and shared, help getting safely about the house, assistance with shopping and appointments, or support to get out into the community. For people living with dementia, familiarity does more good than anything else, and for autistic people predictability is a need rather than a preference. Both point the same way: consistent staff and routines that hold. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Ring us if you would like to talk it through.

Here at Charisma, we provide home care to people living in Grantham and the surrounding areas of Lincolnshire. Our focus is on supporting individuals to remain in their own homes, in familiar surroundings, with as much independence as possible. We believe that receiving care should feel natural and comfortable, not clinical or impersonal, and we work hard to make sure every person we support feels genuinely valued. We support a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and individuals living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. Because our work covers such a broad range of needs, we take time to understand each person as an individual before we ever begin. Care plans are built around real lives, real routines, and real preferences, not generic templates. Our team is rated Good by the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the consistency and thoughtfulness our carers bring to their work every day. We are proud of that rating, but we are equally aware that maintaining it means listening carefully, responding quickly when things change, and never becoming complacent. What we hear most often from the people we support, and from their families, is that they appreciate feeling heard. Carers who turn up when they say they will, who remember the small details, and who treat people with genuine respect. That is the standard we hold ourselves to. If you are looking for home care in the Grantham area, whether for yourself or for someone close to you, we would be very happy to have a conversation about how we might help. There is no pressure and no obligation. We simply want to make sure that anyone who needs support finds the right fit for them.

Here at St Katherine's Care, we provide home care to people living in Lincoln and the surrounding areas of Lincolnshire. Our work centres on helping individuals remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, with the right level of support tailored to their needs. We support a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and those living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. We take the time to understand each person we work with, because good care looks different for everyone. What matters to one person may mean very little to another, and we think it is important to get that right from the very beginning. Our team works hard to build genuine, trusting relationships with the people in our care and with their families. We know that inviting someone into your home takes trust, and we do not take that lightly. Whether someone needs support for a few hours a week or more regular assistance throughout the day, we aim to provide consistency and reliability so that people always know who to expect and when. We are proud to hold a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the commitment our team brings to their work every day. That rating matters to us, not just as a mark of quality, but as reassurance to families that their loved ones are in safe hands. If you are considering home care for yourself or someone close to you, we would always encourage you to get in touch for a conversation. There is no pressure, and we are happy to talk through what support might look like before any decisions are made. We are based in Lincoln and are here to help.

    • Home Care

Assent Care and Support provides home care to adults in Spalding and the surrounding part of Lincolnshire. We support older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, and people with physical disabilities. Most people contact us for a straightforward reason. They intend to stay in their own home, and a handful of practical difficulties are getting in the way. So those are what we take on: help with washing and dressing, medicines taken as they should be, meals cooked and actually eaten, the housework and the shopping kept under control, and a reliable way of getting out to appointments and to see people. We arrange visits around the person's day rather than around ours, and we would rather agree a pattern we can genuinely keep than an ambitious one that falls apart in the first difficult week. We keep the group of care workers around each person small, because meeting an unfamiliar face at the door unsettles anybody and particularly somebody living with dementia. Where somebody has a physical disability, we agree together how they want to be helped and how much time they actually need. We agree the support with the person and, where they want it, with their family, and we look at the plan again whenever circumstances change.

    • Home Care

We at Day and Night Care Angels are proud to provide compassionate home care across Lincoln and the wider Lincolnshire area, supporting people to live safely and comfortably within the place they know best: their own home. Based in the LN postcode area, our team is well positioned to reach individuals and families throughout Lincoln and surrounding communities in the East Midlands. Rather than asking loved ones to adjust to an unfamiliar setting, we bring thoughtful, personalised care directly to them, whether that is a quiet bungalow, a family home filled with memories, or sheltered accommodation. Familiar surroundings, cherished belongings, and established routines all remain part of daily life, which we believe is one of the greatest gifts good home care can offer. Our specialisms reflect the diverse needs of the people we support. We provide dedicated older person care, helping those in later life to maintain independence, dignity, and confidence with everyday tasks. Our home care support can be tailored to whatever level suits the individual, from a short daily visit for medication prompts and a friendly chat, through to more comprehensive assistance with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and companionship. For people living with a physical disability, we work closely with the individual and their family to understand exactly what enables them to live life on their own terms, adapting our approach so that support feels empowering rather than intrusive. We also care for younger adults, recognising that care needs are not defined by age and that every person deserves a plan built around their own goals, interests, and aspirations. In practice, this means families can expect a consistent, respectful presence in their loved one's life. Care visits are shaped around real routines, real preferences, and real relationships. Whether it is being ready in time for a favourite television programme, enjoying a proper cup of tea made just the way it should be, or having reliable support at the start and end of each day, the small details matter to us because they matter to the people we care for. Family members often tell us that knowing a trusted carer is calling gives them peace of mind, particularly when they live at a distance or are balancing caring responsibilities with work and family life of their own. As a newer registered provider, Day and Night Care Angels has not yet received a formal CQC overall rating. A "Not Yet Rated" status simply reflects where we sit in the inspection cycle and is common for agencies that have recently begun operating under CQC regulation. We remain fully committed to meeting the standards expected by the Care Quality Commission and welcome the opportunity to demonstrate the quality of our care through the experiences of the people and families we support. We would be very happy to discuss our approach, policies, and safeguarding practices openly with any family considering us. Choosing care for someone you love is one of the most important decisions a family can make, and we understand the weight of that responsibility. If you are exploring home care options in Lincoln or the wider Lincolnshire area, we would be delighted to have a gentle, no obligation conversation about your loved one's needs and how we might help. Please do get in touch when the time feels right, and let us walk alongside you.

Presious Healthcare is a home care agency supporting people in their own homes across Lincoln and the surrounding parts of Lincolnshire. We work with older people, adults living with dementia, people with a learning disability or autism, those managing a mental health condition, people with a physical disability, and people living with a visual or hearing impairment. We also support younger adults. Our starting point is always the person rather than the package. We meet, we ask how they like their day to run, what they still want to manage themselves and where a hand would genuinely help, and we write that down in plain language so everyone involved knows what good support looks like. As needs change, and they usually do, we review and adjust rather than carry on regardless. Visits can cover personal care, medication, meals, household tasks, shopping, appointments and company, from a brief morning call to support across the whole day. We work hard on continuity. Sending the same small group of carers means people are not forever explaining themselves to someone new, and it means our staff notice when something has shifted. Carers are trained for the needs they will actually meet and are supervised properly, and families can always reach someone. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. • Home Care

Home Instead Lincoln supports people across Lincoln and the wider Lincolnshire area to carry on living at home. We think the point of good home care is not simply to get tasks done but to make the day feel like the person's own, so we take the time to match carers thoughtfully and to keep that relationship steady. Most of the people we support are older, and many are living with dementia. We also work with adults who have a physical disability and with people who have a visual or hearing impairment, as well as with younger adults. Support can be as light as a companionship visit and some help around the house, or as involved as personal care, help with medication, mobility support and assistance with meals and appointments. Dementia care asks for a particular kind of patience. Familiar faces, unhurried visits and a consistent routine make a real difference, and we plan our rotas with that firmly in mind rather than treating it as a nice extra. We keep families properly informed, we welcome being told when something is not right, and we adjust support as needs change rather than waiting for a crisis to force it. If you would like to talk about care at home in Lincolnshire, we are glad to visit, listen and set out honestly what we can do.

The Angels on Call provides support at home for people in Boston and the surrounding part of Lincolnshire. The people we visit include older people, many of them living with dementia, as well as younger adults, people with a physical disability and people with sight or hearing loss. Everything begins with a proper conversation in your own home about your routine, your preferences and where help would make the biggest difference. Visits can cover personal care and medication, cooking, shopping and housework, getting out to appointments, or company for somebody who sees very few people in a week. We try to keep the same small group of carers going to the same people, because a familiar face at the door changes the character of the whole visit. We should be open with you about where we stand. The Care Quality Commission most recently judged that we require improvement overall. We did not dispute the findings. We have a plan of work in place, we are progressing it and we are reporting on that progress to the inspectors and to the local authority. We would far rather tell you this plainly than have you find it out afterwards, and we are happy to go through what has changed and what is still outstanding. If you are considering care at home for yourself or a relative, please ring us and ask the difficult questions. Anybody arranging care for someone they love should be asking them, and we will answer honestly.

We are Attention 2 Care, and we support adults in their own homes in Grantham and the surrounding parts of Lincolnshire. Our visits range from a single short call each day through to several hours of support, arranged to fit the person's routine rather than our convenience. We help older people with washing and dressing, medication, meals, shopping and the household jobs that become harder with time. We support adults living with dementia, where familiar faces arriving at predictable times do more good than anything else we can offer, so we keep the same care workers with the same households as far as the rota allows. We also support people with physical disabilities, taking care over equipment and over how each person prefers to be assisted, and younger adults who want help that reduces as their confidence grows. This is a largely rural county, so we plan our rounds around geography as well as need. That way visits arrive when they are meant to and our care workers are not rushing through the door, and if we are running late we ring rather than leaving somebody watching the window. Every package starts with a visit and a proper conversation at home. The plan is written with the person and reviewed honestly. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please get in touch to talk it through.

Lincolnshire Domiciliary Care, part of the Royal Mencap Society, supports people in their own homes in Boston and the surrounding parts of Lincolnshire. Much of our work is with adults who have a learning disability or autism. There what helps most is communication suited to the individual, a routine that can be relied upon and support that builds skills and confidence rather than quietly replacing them. We take time to understand how somebody prefers to be approached and what they are trying to tell us, including when that is not said in words. Where a person has goals of their own, whether that is cooking a meal unaided, using public transport or getting into work or education, we plan support that draws back as they grow into it. We also support older adults who need help with the everyday things that have become harder, and younger adults, whose weeks are usually built around work, study, family or plans of their own. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is outstanding. We are pleased about that, and clear that it describes what was found at one point and has to be earned again every week. Please contact us and ask in detail how we would approach things.

    • Home Care

We are a home care agency in Lincoln, visiting people in their own homes across the city and the surrounding area. We support older adults and younger adults, and the shape of our help varies widely from one person to the next. For some, it is a single call in the morning to get the day started safely: help washing and dressing, breakfast, a reminder about tablets, a quick look round to check all is well. For others it is several visits a day. What does not vary is that we are in somebody else's home, as a guest, and we behave accordingly. We knock, we ask, we put things back where they live, and we do not rearrange a person's home to suit the way we would do it. Before we start we sit down with the person and agree what the support should cover and how they like things done. We write it down, we share it with the carers who will be calling, and we revisit it properly when things change rather than adding bits on. The Care Quality Commission has not yet given us an overall rating. We would rather say so than leave the question hanging. Families are welcome to ask us anything about how we recruit, train and check the people we send, and to meet them before any care begins.

We work with older people and with younger adults, including adults who have learning disabilities, autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions and people living with sight or hearing loss. Support may cover personal care, help with medication, meals, shopping and household tasks, and often the wider business of running a life as well, from appointments and paperwork to getting out and seeing people. Support is planned with the person rather than for them. We begin by asking what somebody wants their week to look like, what they can already manage, where help genuinely makes a difference and where it would simply get in the way. Those answers become the plan, and we change it as circumstances shift. For autistic people we pay close attention to communication, predictability and sensory needs. For people living with mental health conditions we plan for the harder periods as well as the settled ones, so that support is in place before it becomes urgent. Easy Like Sunday Morning is a home care agency working across Peterborough and the surrounding parts of Lincolnshire. We visit people in their own homes so that they can carry on living there, with as much or as little help as they actually need. Most of the people we support are older, though we also work with younger adults. Our visits cover the practical things that make independence possible, including help with washing and dressing, support with medication, meals, shopping and keeping on top of the house. We support people living with dementia, and we know that consistency matters enormously, so we try to send the same familiar faces rather than a different carer every day. We also work with people who have physical disabilities and with people living with sight or hearing loss. That changes how we communicate and how we move around someone's home, and we take the time to get it right rather than assuming. Care at home works best when it fits the household rather than the other way round. We agree a plan with the person and their family, we keep to the times we have promised, and we tell you if anything changes. If you are weighing up home care for yourself or a relative, please ring us. We will come out, talk it through and be straight with you about what we can and cannot offer.

We provide care at home across Lincoln and south Lincolnshire, supporting older people and younger adults, including people living with dementia, people with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people with visual or hearing impairments. Much of our work is the practical business of keeping home manageable: help with washing and dressing, support with medication, a hand with meals, shopping and housework, and assistance to move about safely. A good deal of it is also about company. Many of the people we visit see very few others in the course of a week, and a worker who has time to sit down and talk is doing something worthwhile rather than wasting time. Covering a city and a good deal of countryside means reliability has to be planned rather than promised, and we would rather be honest about what we can cover than commit to more than we can keep to. Where we do commit, we try to send the same people consistently, because a worker who knows somebody notices when they are unwell or low in spirits. Our staff are trained for the needs they are asked to meet and have senior colleagues they can reach. Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall. We are Walnut Care at Home, a home care agency supporting people in Boston and across the surrounding parts of Lincolnshire. Ours is a largely rural area, and we know how much it matters here that somebody reliable actually arrives, on time, at a house that may be a fair distance from anywhere. We plan our rounds so that people are not left waiting and wondering. We support older people who need help with washing and dressing, medication, meals, shopping or keeping on top of the house. We support people living with dementia, where a familiar face and a predictable routine do more good than almost anything else, so we keep the same small team visiting wherever we can. We also work with adults who have a learning disability and with autistic adults, with people who have a physical disability and with people who have a visual or hearing impairment, adapting how we work and how we communicate to suit the individual rather than the other way round. Every arrangement starts with a visit and a proper conversation about what would genuinely help and how often. We agree the detail, write it down clearly and review it when things change. Care workers who visit regularly notice a shift in appetite, mood or steadiness long before it becomes a crisis, and we encourage them to say so. Our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us good overall. If you are considering support at home locally, please get in touch.

We are Bloomsbury Home Care in Lincolnshire, based in Bourne and supporting people in their own homes across the surrounding area. We work with older people and younger adults, people living with dementia or a mental health condition, people with a learning disability or autism, people with a physical disability, people with a visual or hearing impairment, and people dealing with alcohol or drug misuse. That range means we cannot work from a single template. We sit down at the start, work out what would genuinely make a difference to the person in front of us, and build the support around that rather than around what is easiest to staff. Covering a rural county also means being reliable about timing, because people plan their day around when we said we would arrive. We take our scheduling seriously and we ring ahead when something has slipped. Visits cover personal care, support with medication, meals and drinks, help around the house and with shopping, and support to get out to appointments or into town. Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall. Please get in touch if you would like to talk about care at home in Lincolnshire.

    • Home Care

We at Bspoke Social Care are proud to offer compassionate home care across Lincoln and the wider Lincolnshire community, supporting individuals to live well and safely in the place they know best: their own home. As a home care agency serving the LN postcode area and surrounding parts of the East Midlands, our work takes place where it matters most, in the familiar surroundings of each person's own residence. There is something deeply reassuring about receiving care at home, surrounded by your own belongings, memories, and routines. Our team travels to you, bringing professional support whilst respecting the comfort, privacy, and individuality of every household we visit. We provide a broad range of specialised care designed to meet the differing needs of adults at every stage of life. Our older person care focuses on maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life, whether that means a little help with daily tasks or more comprehensive support. For families navigating dementia, we offer patient, person centred care that prioritises gentle routines, familiar faces, and a calm approach that helps to ease anxiety for both the individual and their loved ones. We also support adults living with learning disabilities and autism, recognising that everyone communicates and engages with the world in their own way. Our approach is built around understanding each person's preferences, strengths, and goals, helping them to live the life they choose. For those experiencing mental health challenges, we provide steady, empathetic support that promotes wellbeing and recovery in a respectful, non judgemental manner. For younger adults and people living with a physical disability, we focus on enabling independence, supporting mobility, and helping individuals to take part fully in the activities and relationships that matter to them. Whatever the need, we shape our support around the individual rather than asking the individual to fit around us. In practice, this means working closely with families to understand routines, preferences, and what genuine quality of life looks like for their loved one. We communicate openly, adapt as circumstances change, and aim to be a steady, trusted presence for households who need a little extra help, whether short term, long term, or somewhere in between. Following our most recent CQC inspection in April 2025, Bspoke Social Care was rated Good overall, with a Good rating across every domain assessed: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well led. For families, this independent confirmation offers important reassurance that the care being provided meets recognised standards of safety, kindness, and good leadership, and that the people behind the care are committed to doing things properly. If you are exploring home care for yourself or someone you love in Lincoln or across Lincolnshire, we warmly invite you to get in touch. Choosing care can feel like a significant step, and we are here to listen, answer your questions, and help you understand the options available, at your own pace and with no pressure. Whenever you are ready, we will be here.

We at Butterflies Care & Support are a dedicated home care agency based in Lincoln, providing compassionate support to individuals across Lincolnshire who wish to remain living independently in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Operating throughout the Lincoln area and the wider LN postcode region, our team travels to residents wherever they call home, whether that is a family house, a bungalow, or sheltered accommodation. Home is where memories live, where routines feel natural, and where independence flourishes, and we believe that thoughtful support delivered in this setting can make an enormous difference to quality of life. Our care is shaped around each person's own environment, respecting their space, their preferences, and the rhythm of their daily life. The people we support come from many walks of life, and our specialisms reflect this breadth. We offer older person care for those who need a helping hand with daily tasks as the years progress, alongside dedicated support for adults living with a learning disability or autism, where consistency, understanding, and patience are essential. We also assist individuals managing mental health conditions, providing steady and empathetic support that promotes wellbeing and confidence, as well as care for people with physical disabilities, helping them navigate daily challenges with dignity and encouragement. In practice, this means our team can assist with personal care, medication prompts, mobility support, companionship, meal preparation, and the everyday routines that keep life running smoothly. For families, it means the reassurance of knowing a loved one is receiving attentive, individualised support from carers who genuinely understand their needs. Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission awarded us an overall rating of Requires Improvement, with a Good rating in the Safe domain. Transparency matters to us, and we welcome open conversations about our progress. Choosing home care is a deeply personal decision, and we understand that families often carry the weight of that choice with love and worry in equal measure. If you are exploring care options for yourself or someone dear to you in the Lincoln area, we warmly invite you to get in touch. For someone with a learning disability or autism, that might involve consistent routines, clear communication and support to build independence at a pace that feels right. For someone with a physical disability, it could mean thoughtful assistance with mobility, personal care and daily tasks, always delivered with dignity and respect. HFHC Specialist Supported Living supports adults in their own homes and tenancies in Lincoln and the surrounding area. We work with older people and with younger adults, and our experience covers dementia, learning disabilities and autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, and sight and hearing loss. Supported living means the home belongs to the person rather than to us, and that changes the temper of the work entirely. We are there because somebody wants us there, doing what they have asked for in the way they have asked for it. We do not run a household, we help somebody run their own, and a good year is one where a person is doing things themselves that they could not do before. Support covers the ordinary business of a life: cooking, shopping, money and bills, appointments, travel, work or college, keeping in touch with people, and personal care and medication where that is needed. How much we do and how much we deliberately stand back is agreed with the person and reviewed as they move forward. Communication comes before everything else. Not everybody we support uses speech, and learning how an individual shows what they want, and what they refuse, is the foundation of every other decision. Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall.

We believe that receiving care at home should feel as natural and unobtrusive as possible. Our team works closely with individuals and their families from the very beginning, making sure that everyone involved feels heard and kept informed. The Old Mill provides care and support to people in their own homes in Spalding and the surrounding parts of Lincolnshire. We work with older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability or autism, and people with a physical disability or with sight or hearing loss. Most of the people who come to us are trying to stay where they are. They want their own home, their own routines and as much independence as they can keep, and they need practical help to make that realistic. That is what we provide, and we take care not to take over the things somebody can still manage. Our visits may cover help with getting up and going to bed, washing and dressing, prompting and support with medication, preparing meals and drinks, help with moving about safely, and keeping on top of shopping, laundry and the house. For some people we also provide support to get out to appointments and activities. Rural rounds only work if they are planned properly, so we build the rota with travel in mind and keep the same carers visiting the same households wherever we can. Our staff are trained and supervised, and we keep families and other professionals informed. If you would like to discuss care at home in this area, please ring us.

    • Home Care

Visiting Angels Doncaster and Bassetlaw supports people in their own homes across the Gainsborough, Doncaster and Bassetlaw area. We work with people living with dementia and with people who have physical disabilities, providing care at home for those who would far rather stay where they are. We build our visits around companionship as much as tasks. A rushed call that gets the jobs done and nothing else is not much use to somebody who has spent the day alone, so our visits are long enough for a proper conversation, a cup of tea and a walk out if that is what the person wants, alongside help with washing, dressing, medication, meals and the house. Matching matters to us. We introduce carers properly before they start and then keep the same small team going into each home, because trust takes time and familiarity is what allows a carer to notice that somebody is quieter, less steady or eating less than usual. For people living with dementia, that continuity is worth more than anything else we can offer. Support is planned with the person and their family, written in plain language and reviewed honestly as needs change. At our most recent inspection the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall. Please ring us to arrange a conversation about care at home.

At Rosemary Healthcare, we provide home care to people living in Louth and the surrounding areas of Lincolnshire. We work with older adults, younger adults, and people living with dementia, supporting them to remain in the place that matters most to them: their own home. We understand that inviting a carer into your home is a significant step, and we do not take that trust lightly. From the very first conversation, we take time to get to know each person properly, not just their care needs but who they are, what they enjoy, and how they like things done. That understanding shapes everything we do. Our team supports people with a wide range of needs, from a little assistance with daily routines through to more complex, ongoing care. For those living with dementia, we know how important consistency and familiarity can be, and we work hard to make sure the support we provide feels calm, respectful, and genuinely useful to both the person we are caring for and those close to them. We are based locally, which means we understand the community we work in. We are not a distant organisation sending strangers to your door. We are your neighbours, and we care about the reputation we hold within this area. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission, which regulates and inspects care providers across England. As a relatively new provider, we are yet to receive our first formal rating, but we welcome scrutiny and are committed to meeting and exceeding the standards expected of us. If you are thinking about care for yourself or someone you love, we are always happy to have an honest, no pressure conversation about what support might look like and whether we are the right fit for you.

    • Home Care

We at CSL Mablethorpe are proud to offer dedicated home care across Mablethorpe and the surrounding Lincolnshire coastal communities, supporting people to live well and safely within the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. As a home care provider, our support comes to you rather than asking you to come to us. This means the people we care for remain in the place they know best, surrounded by their own belongings, memories, and routines. Whether that is a bungalow near the seafront, a family home in the town, or a quiet property in one of the villages across the LN postcode area, our team travels to wherever we are needed across the East Midlands coastline. Our specialism lies in providing personal home care and in supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism. In practice, this means we tailor every visit around the individual. For someone receiving personal care, that might involve support with washing, dressing, medication prompts, meal preparation, or simply a friendly and reliable presence during the day. For adults with a learning disability or those on the autism spectrum, our approach is patient, consistent, and centred on enabling independence. We understand that predictable routines, familiar faces, and calm communication matter enormously, and we work closely with families and other professionals to ensure the person we support feels understood, respected, and safe. For families, choosing home care is often about peace of mind. Knowing that a trusted carer is arriving to check on a loved one, share a conversation, and help with the practicalities of daily life can transform not only the wellbeing of the person receiving care but also the confidence of relatives who may live further away. In our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection, published in July 2022, we received an overall rating of Requires Improvement. We were rated Good in the Caring and Responsive domains, which reflects the warmth, kindness, and person centred approach our team brings to every visit. The Safe, Effective, and Well led domains were rated Requires Improvement, and we take this feedback seriously. It provides a clear framework for the ongoing work we are doing to strengthen our practices, refine our systems, and ensure that every aspect of the care we deliver meets the high standards that the people of Mablethorpe deserve. We believe transparency matters, and we welcome open conversations with families about the improvements underway. If you are exploring home care options for yourself or a loved one in Mablethorpe or the wider Lincolnshire area, we would be pleased to hear from you. Please get in touch to discuss your needs, ask questions, and find out how we can help you or your family member continue to live life on your own terms, in the place you call home.

    • Home Care

LJM Homecare in Lincoln provides care and support to people in their own homes across the city and the surrounding area. We work with older people, with younger adults and with people whose sight or hearing loss makes daily life harder than it needs to be. Our aim is to make staying at home a realistic option rather than a daily struggle. For some people that means a short call each morning to help with getting up, washed and dressed, and perhaps a visit at bedtime. For others it is longer and more frequent support covering personal care, help with medication, preparing meals and drinks, moving about safely, and keeping on top of shopping, laundry and the house. Where somebody has lost sight or hearing, consistency matters even more than usual. Keeping things where they belong, describing what is happening, speaking clearly and sending the same familiar carers all make an enormous difference, and we train our staff to get those details right. We take timekeeping seriously and keep families informed, working alongside GPs, community nurses and social workers where they are involved. If you are considering support at home in Lincoln, please ring us and we will come out to see you.

Trust Homecare Lincoln supports people across Lincoln and the surrounding area in their own homes. We arrange visits around the routines somebody already has rather than around what suits a rota, and we aim to keep the same carers going to the same people. We support older people who need help with the everyday tasks that have become harder, personal care, medication, meals, shopping and getting out of the house. We support people living with dementia, where familiarity and patience are worth more than any amount of written instruction handed to a stranger. We also work with people living with a physical disability, where good support is mostly about restoring practical independence, and with younger adults, whose needs and priorities often look quite different from the usual picture of home care. We take a plain view of quality. Does the carer arrive when we said. Do they stay the full visit. Do they know the person well enough to notice that something has changed. We have not yet received an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission, and we would rather state that clearly. In the meantime, test us on those points and hold us to whatever we tell you.

We provide home care across Lincolnshire, working from Gainsborough and supporting people in the surrounding towns and villages. The people we visit include older people and younger adults, people living with dementia or mental ill health, and people with physical disabilities or sight and hearing loss. Every household needs something different, so we begin with a conversation rather than a package. We ask how somebody wants their day to run, what has become difficult and what they would still rather manage themselves. Support might be a call first thing for washing, dressing and breakfast, several visits across the day, help with medication, support to get out to appointments, or a longer visit that gives a family carer a genuine break. This is a large and rural county, and distances are real. We plan rotas honestly rather than promising times we cannot keep, and we would rather tell you straight away that we cannot cover an area than let somebody down later. Where dementia, mental ill health or sensory loss is part of the picture, our carers are expected to slow down and communicate in the way that suits the person in front of them. We keep the same carers with the same households wherever we can. Please get in touch if you would like to talk through what support might look like.

We are Forget Me Not Home Care, supporting adults in their own homes in Sleaford and the surrounding part of Lincolnshire. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is outstanding. We are proud of that and also clear about what it means. It is not a promise that nothing will ever go wrong. It reflects the fact that we know the people we support well, that our workers are properly trained and supervised, and that when something needs putting right we deal with it rather than explaining it away. We support older people and people living with dementia, people with physical disabilities, people with a visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults who need help with daily life. In practice that means personal care, support with medication, meals, shopping and housework, help getting out, and the company that often matters as much as any task on a care plan. Clarity Homecare Boston supports people in their own homes across Boston and the surrounding parts of Lincolnshire. We help people stay where they are settled, with support that fits the household rather than the other way round. We visit older people and younger adults. Support often covers personal care, help with medication, preparing meals, shopping, laundry and keeping on top of the house, and for many people it also means reliable company. Packages range from one short call a day to several visits covering morning, midday, teatime and bedtime. We support people living with dementia, and we build our rounds so that the same carers visit the same people wherever the rota allows, because familiarity keeps anxiety down far more effectively than anything else. We also work with people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people living with sight or hearing loss, adjusting how we communicate and how we plan a visit to suit the individual. Everything starts with an assessment at home. We agree the plan with the person, include family when they want them included, and change it as circumstances move. Turning up on time, doing what we said we would and telling you promptly when something is wrong are the basics, and we take them seriously. Please contact us if you would like to talk about support at home.

    • Home Care

Flo's Friends Care provides home care in Boston and across Lincolnshire. We support older people, people living with dementia, people with physical disabilities, people living with sight or hearing loss, and younger adults. Working across a rural county shapes how we do this. Distances are real and villages are scattered, so a carer running late is half an hour late rather than five minutes. We plan rounds geographically and keep them stable, which has the useful side effect that people see the same few faces instead of whoever the rota produced. Familiarity is the most valuable thing we have to offer and it is very easily squandered. The work covers personal care, medication, meals, mobility, household jobs, shopping and getting to appointments, through to sitting with somebody so that a family carer can leave the house without worrying about it. Where sight or hearing loss is part of the picture, habits matter more than equipment. Saying who we are as we come in. Leaving furniture exactly where it lives. Checking that glasses and hearing aids are clean and working rather than assuming. Because we are often the only people through the door in a week, noticing is genuinely part of the job, and we pass concerns on promptly with the agreement of the person we visit. The Care Quality Commission rated us good at our most recent inspection, and we keep asking what needs improving.

Care Plas provides care and support in people's own homes in Boston and across Lincolnshire. We work with older people, people living with dementia, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, people living with sight or hearing loss, younger adults, and people working through difficulties with alcohol or drugs. Working across a largely rural county shapes how we do this. Distances are real and villages are scattered, so a carer running late is half an hour late rather than five minutes. We plan rounds geographically and keep them stable, which has the useful effect that people see the same few faces rather than whoever the rota threw up. Where the work is sensitive we go carefully and without judgement. Recovery from dependence rarely runs in a straight line, and being steady on the difficult weeks is most of what we are for. We work alongside health teams and specialist services rather than duplicating them. The rest of what we do is more everyday: personal care, medication, meals, mobility, household jobs, shopping, appointments and company. Because we are often the only people through the door in a week, noticing is genuinely part of the job. We have not yet been given an overall rating by the Care Quality Commission. • Home Care

Caring Companions 4 U provides care and support in people's own homes in Grantham and the surrounding parts of Lincolnshire. We support adults with learning disabilities and autism, people living with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, and people living with dementia. Those are different kinds of support and we treat them that way. For one person the most useful thing we do is a predictable weekly routine and staff who know exactly what helps when things get difficult. For another it is practical help with cooking, cleaning, money and appointments. For another it is a familiar carer who arrives at the same time each day and notices when something is not right. Plans here are agreed with the person and written plainly. They record what somebody wants to keep doing themselves as clearly as what they want help with. Where a person communicates in a particular way, whether through signs, symbols or their own habits of expression, our staff learn it before the first visit rather than working it out afterwards. We keep teams small around each person so nobody has to explain themselves from scratch every time, and we review arrangements regularly rather than letting them go stale. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. If you are looking into support for yourself or someone close to you, please contact us and we will talk it through honestly.

    • Home Care

Lincolnshire Complex Care provides care and support to people in their own homes in Boston and across the county. We work with older people and younger adults, including people living with dementia, people with a physical disability and people with a visual or hearing impairment. Supporting somebody with complex needs at home takes more than good intentions. Staff have to be trained for the needs of the particular person they are visiting rather than in general terms, teams have to be consistent, and everybody involved, including the health professionals, needs to be working from the same information. We put our effort into those three things. Support can range from a daily visit through to substantial care several times a day, covering personal care, assistance with medication, meals, help around the home and getting out of the house. We assess carefully before we start, agree the plan with the person and, if they wish, their family, and review it as circumstances change. In a rural county, dependability matters above everything else, because there is rarely an easy alternative if a visit is missed. If you are looking into care at home in Lincolnshire, please get in touch and we will be honest about what we can and cannot do.

    • Home Care

Healthy Homecare supports people in their own homes across Boston and the wider Lincolnshire area. We were set up on a simple belief, which is that home is usually where people do best, and that with the right help at the right moments most people can stay there. We support a broad mix of people. Older adults make up much of our work, and we help with personal care, medication, meals, shopping and the small practical tasks that can otherwise pile up. We support people living with dementia, and we know how much difference it makes when the person at the door is someone familiar who already knows how the household runs. We also work with adults who have a learning disability or who are autistic, adults living with a physical disability, people with a visual or hearing impairment, people managing mental health conditions, and younger adults building confidence and independence. Every arrangement begins with a proper conversation about what matters to the person, what they want to keep doing themselves and where they actually want help. We write that down together and revisit it as things move on. Wherever possible we keep the same carers going to the same households. Our staff are trained and checked before they begin, and senior colleagues are available when a carer needs advice or a family needs reassurance. If you are considering care at home in or around Boston, we would be glad to hear from you and to explain honestly what we can and cannot do.

Arranging and funding home care in Lincolnshire

Sizing the package before you price it

Care at home is purchased in visits, and the cost of a package follows directly from how many calls there are each day, how long each lasts and what has to be achieved during it. Getting that description right at the outset matters more than any other decision. A care needs assessment produces exactly that picture, free of charge and without regard to savings, covering help with washing, dressing, medicines, meals and moving about safely. Households routinely understate the position because a relative has been quietly filling the gaps for months, and an underspecified package tends to collapse within weeks.

What the council does and does not pay for

Assessments and any funded support that follows sit with Lincolnshire County Council Adult Social Care. A financial assessment runs alongside the needs assessment, comparing capital and weekly income against thresholds set nationally by government. People holding capital above the upper threshold generally arrange and pay for their own care, while those below receive a contribution or a personal budget. Asking for that budget as a direct payment lets a household choose its own agency rather than accept whichever provider has been commissioned, which matters when continuity of carers is the priority.

Understanding how agencies charge

Hourly rates are the norm, and shorter calls often work out dearer per hour because travel time still has to be paid for. Expect higher rates at weekends, on bank holidays and where two carers are needed to move someone safely. Ask whether mileage is included, what notice is required to change or cancel a call, and how the agency handles a carer running late. Where several long visits a day are involved, it is worth comparing the weekly total against the cost of residential care before settling on either.

Choosing between home care agencies in Lincolnshire

Where the inspection report repays attention

Across these one hundred and twenty six agencies the ratings take in Outstanding, Good and Requires Improvement, with some not yet rated. For care delivered at home, the sections on whether a service is well led and whether it is responsive deserve the closest reading, because they describe what happens when the rota falls apart. A rating fixes one inspection in time, so check the date and read the findings rather than stopping at the summary word.

Continuity is the real test

The clearest predictor of whether a package works is whether the same small group of carers turns up consistently. Ask how many different people would attend over a fortnight, whether you will be told in advance when a regular carer is away, and what the agency does about a missed call. Request the proposed schedule in writing with honest time windows rather than exact minutes.

Getting the paperwork straight before you start

Ask for the contract, the full rate card and the complaints procedure before agreeing anything. Establish who writes the care plan, how often it is reviewed and how the office will tell you if needs are changing. Agree a short trial period, because an arrangement that reads well on paper does not always suit once carers are actually coming through the door.

Frequently asked questions about home care in Lincolnshire

How many home care agencies are there in Lincolnshire?

Lincolnshire has 129 CQC registered home care agencies: 7 Outstanding, 66 Good, 10 Requires improvement, 46 not yet rated. Counts come from the CQC register and are kept up to date as ratings change.

How much does home care cost in Lincolnshire?

Hourly care visits, East Midlands: £30.58 to £32.23 an hour. Middle half of prices from 7 agencies. Median £31.00. Shown for East Midlands because too few Lincolnshire agencies publish a rate. Published prices come from agencies that publish rates, so treat them as a guide. Ask the agency for its own price.

Which home care agencies in Lincolnshire were inspected most recently?

Sharon Brinkman Care Services Ltd (29 September 2026), Time4Care LTD (16 September 2026) and For You Healthcare Limited (27 August 2026) have the most recent CQC reports.

Will Lincolnshire County Council pay towards care at home?

It may, provided a needs assessment establishes that support is required and a financial assessment places the household below the relevant capital threshold. Those thresholds are set nationally rather than locally, and help is scaled according to capital and income. Where funding is agreed, many families ask for it as a direct payment so they can select their own agency. Anyone above the upper threshold arranges and funds their own care, although the council still owes them information and advice.

How do we arrange a care needs assessment in Lincolnshire?

Ask the adult social care team at Lincolnshire County Council for a care needs assessment for the person concerned. Anyone who appears to need care and support qualifies, whatever their savings, and there is no charge for the assessment. A relative or friend can make the request on their behalf with their agreement, and unpaid carers may ask for a separate carer's assessment. Note when you made contact, as that record is useful if progress stalls.

How early should we start arranging home care?

Begin before the situation turns urgent, because agencies often have limited capacity at the times of day everyone wants, particularly early mornings and evenings. Allow time for the assessment, for meeting two or three providers and for a settling in period once calls begin. Arranging support immediately after a hospital discharge is possible but leaves little room to compare. A few weeks of preparation usually produces a steadier and better matched package.

Which home care agencies in Lincolnshire are listed here?

This page covers one hundred and twenty six agencies registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide personal care to people in their own homes in Lincolnshire. Some are small independent operations and others belong to regional or national networks. Every entry links to a profile showing registration details and the most recent inspection outcome. Comparing a handful of profiles is the quickest way to see which providers genuinely cover your postcode.

What should we ask an agency before care begins?

Ask how many different carers would attend across a fortnight and whether you are told when a regular carer is off. Ask what training staff have for the particular condition involved, who answers the telephone outside office hours, and what the procedure is if a call is missed. Ask for the rate card in writing, including weekend, bank holiday and mileage charges. Finally, ask how quickly the package can be increased if someone's needs change.

When does a care home become the better option than home care?

Home care suits people who are safe between visits, since support arrives in scheduled calls rather than being present continuously. A residential care home provides accommodation, meals and personal care with staff on site at all hours, while a nursing home adds registered nurses for clinical needs. The usual dividing line is night time risk and the sheer number of hours of help needed each day. Once a package stretches to several long calls daily, comparing the weekly cost of both routes is worth doing carefully.
