About Tess CIC
Tess CIC provides care and support in people's own homes and in the community across Spalding and the surrounding parts of Lincolnshire. We work with older people and with younger adults, including adults who have learning disabilities, autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions and people living with sight or hearing loss. Those answers become the plan, and we change it as circumstances shift. For autistic people we pay close attention to communication, predictability and sensory needs. For people living with mental health conditions we plan for the harder periods as well as the settled ones, so that support is in place before it becomes urgent.
