About Us

At Town and Country Care, we provide home care support to people living in and around Boston, Lincolnshire. We work with older people, younger adults, and people living with dementia, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments, helping them to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes for as long as possible.

We understand that inviting someone into your home is a significant step, and we do not take that trust lightly.
