About Us

We provide home care across Lincolnshire, working from Gainsborough and supporting people in the surrounding towns and villages. The people we visit include older people and younger adults, people living with dementia or mental ill health, and people with physical disabilities or sight and hearing loss.

Every household needs something different, so we begin with a conversation rather than a package. We ask how somebody wants their day to run, what has become difficult and what they would still rather manage themselves. Support might be a call first thing for washing, dressing and breakfast, several visits across the day, help with medication, support to get out to appointments, or a longer visit that gives a family carer a genuine break.

This is a large and rural county, and distances are real. We plan rotas honestly rather than promising times we cannot keep, and we would rather tell you straight away that we cannot cover an area than let somebody down later.

Where dementia, mental ill health or sensory loss is part of the picture, our carers are expected to slow down and communicate in the way that suits the person in front of them.
