About Us

We are Forget Me Not Home Care, supporting adults in their own homes in Sleaford and the surrounding part of Lincolnshire.

Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is outstanding. We are proud of that and also clear about what it means. It is not a promise that nothing will ever go wrong. It reflects the fact that we know the people we support well, that our workers are properly trained and supervised, and that when something needs putting right we deal with it rather than explaining it away.

We support older people and people living with dementia, people with physical disabilities, people with a visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults who need help with daily life.
