About Us
Right at Home Grantham, Newark and Melton Mowbray provides care at home across this part of Lincolnshire and the borders of Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire. Our visits are built around the person rather than around a list of tasks, and they can be anything from a short daily call to several hours of support at a time.
For older people we help with washing and dressing, medication, meals, laundry, shopping and getting out and about. Often the most valuable part of a visit is the company: sitting down properly with somebody and not rushing off.
For people living with dementia we keep the same care workers visiting, work with the routine that already suits the household and avoid rearranging a home somebody knows well.
