About Us

We provide care and support to people in their own homes in Barrow in Furness and across Westmorland and Furness. The people we work with include older people, younger adults, people living with dementia, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people with sight or hearing loss.

We will be straight with you about our rating. The Care Quality Commission most recently rated us requires improvement overall. We are not going to present that as anything other than what it is. The work itself is easy to describe and hard to do consistently. Turn up when we said we would, stay for the time agreed, know the person we are visiting, and do what they want done rather than what is convenient.
