About Us
Here at Princess Christian Residential and Nursing Care Home in Woking, Surrey, we provide a warm and homely environment where the people in our care feel genuinely valued and respected. We are proud to have received a "Good" rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the commitment our whole team brings to the day to day life of everyone who lives here.
We support a range of needs under one roof, including residential care, nursing care, dementia care, respite care, and care for younger adults as well as older people. This means that whether someone comes to us for a short stay to recover or recharge, or chooses to make this their long term home, we are equipped to provide the right level of support at the right time.
Dementia care is an area we take particularly seriously. We understand how much a familiar face, a consistent routine, and a calm atmosphere can mean to someone living with dementia, and we shape our approach around that understanding. Families can take comfort knowing their loved one is in a place that genuinely gets it.
For those who need nursing care, our registered nurses work closely with care staff to ensure that clinical needs are met without the environment ever feeling clinical. We want this to feel like a home, because for many of our residents it is exactly that.
Respite stays are something we welcome wholeheartedly. Coming into a new place can feel daunting, so we work hard to make sure every short stay guest feels just as settled and looked after as those who live here permanently.
If you would like to find out more or arrange a visit, we would be very happy to show you around and have a proper conversation about how we might be able to help.
