About Us

Here at Coxhill Manor Nursing and Residential Home in Woking, Surrey, we provide a genuinely caring environment where residents feel safe, respected and very much at home. We are proud to hold a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the commitment our team brings to everything we do each day.

We support a wide range of needs under one roof. Whether someone is joining us for a short respite stay to give family members a rest, or moving in with us on a longer term basis, we take time to understand each person as an individual. Our specialisms include nursing care, dementia care, care for older people, and support for those living with a physical disability. We also welcome younger adults, recognising that specialist care should never be a one size fits all arrangement.

Dementia care sits particularly close to our hearts. We know how much it matters to families searching for somewhere that will treat their loved one with patience and genuine understanding, not just follow a routine. We work hard to create an atmosphere that feels familiar and calm, where people can move through their days with as much dignity and independence as possible.

Our nursing team works alongside care staff and visiting health professionals to make sure that medical needs are met promptly and thoroughly. Families are always encouraged to stay involved and we try to keep communication open and honest, because we believe the best outcomes happen when everyone is working together.

Coxhill Manor is more than a care setting. It is a community, and we are genuinely glad to welcome each new resident into it. If you would like to find out whether we could be the right fit for someone you care about, please do get in touch. We are always happy to have a conversation.
