About Us
Newcross Healthcare Solutions provides care and support to people in their own homes across Woking and the surrounding parts of Surrey. Our aim is to make staying at home a realistic choice rather than a hopeful one, with support that is properly organised and genuinely reliable.
We support older adults with personal care, medication, meals and the everyday tasks that have become harder. We support people living with dementia, where continuity of carer does more good than anything else we can arrange. We also work with adults who have a learning disability or who are autistic, people living with a physical disability, people with a visual or hearing impairment, adults managing mental health conditions, and younger adults who want support that fits around their own lives.
Every arrangement starts with a proper conversation about what would actually help. The plan is agreed with the person, written down together and reviewed as circumstances change, particularly after illness or a hospital admission.
Our staff are recruited carefully, checked before they start, trained for the work they carry out and supported by managers who are contactable when advice is needed.
