About Grace at Home

We at Grace at Home are proud to provide compassionate home care to individuals and families across Woking and the wider Surrey area, offering personalised support that helps people live well within the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Rooted in the heart of the GU postcode area, our team travels throughout Woking and the surrounding communities to bring thoughtful, reliable care directly to your doorstep. We understand that home is more than just a place; it is where memories are made, routines are cherished, and independence feels most natural. That is why our approach is built around respecting each person's environment, preferences, and daily rhythms, ensuring that support fits seamlessly into life rather than disrupting it. Our specialism in home care means that whether someone needs a helping hand with everyday tasks, companionship during quieter moments, or more comprehensive daily support, we tailor our care to meet the individual. For families, this can mean welcome reassurance that a loved one is safe, well cared for, and treated with genuine kindness. In practice, our care might involve assistance with personal care, help with meals and medication reminders, mobility support, or simply a friendly presence throughout the day. Every care plan is shaped in partnership with the person receiving support and their family, because we believe that the best outcomes come from listening carefully and responding thoughtfully. The Care Quality Commission has rated us Good overall, with Good ratings across the Safe, Effective, Caring, and Responsive domains. This independent recognition reflects the standards we hold ourselves to every day: keeping people safe, delivering care that genuinely works, treating everyone with warmth and dignity, and responding to changing needs with flexibility. We also acknowledge that our Well-led domain was rated as Requires Improvement, and we take this feedback seriously as an ongoing opportunity to strengthen our leadership and governance so that the quality of care we deliver continues to grow. Choosing home care is a deeply personal decision, and we know how much thought and emotion goes into finding the right support for someone you love. If you are exploring options in Woking or the surrounding Surrey area, we warmly invite you to reach out to us. We would be delighted to have a gentle, unhurried conversation about your situation, answer your questions, and help you understand how we might support your family. Whatever stage you are at in your journey, please know that you are not alone, and we are here to help.
