About Us
At Agincare Live-in Care in Woking, Surrey, we provide live-in care and home care support that allows people to remain in the comfort of their own homes while receiving the help they need. We work with a wide range of individuals, including older adults, younger adults, and people living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments.
We know that inviting someone into your home is a big decision, and we do not take that trust lightly. Our care workers get to know each person as an individual, understanding their routines, preferences, and what matters most to them day to day. That personal understanding shapes the way we provide support, and it means the people we care for can carry on living life on their own terms.
Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us as Good overall, which reflects the genuine effort our team puts into making sure care is safe, responsive, and respectful. We are proud of that rating, but we also know there is always more we can do to improve and to listen to feedback from the people we support and their families.
If you are considering live-in care for yourself or someone you love, we are happy to have an honest conversation about whether we are the right fit. We can explain how the process works, answer questions about the type of support available, and help you think through what arrangement might work best given your circumstances. There is no pressure and no obligation, just a straightforward chat.
We are based in Woking and support people across the surrounding area in Surrey. If you would like to get in touch, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team.
