Safe
People said they felt safe with staff. Inspectors found there were enough staff, and people usually saw the same care workers. People received the medicines they needed, staff wore the right protective equipment, and staff were recruited through a robust process.
Well-led
Staff said they had supervision, spot checks and appraisals, and they felt supported by management. People were asked for feedback, and concerns they raised were addressed. The registered manager had introduced medicines audits and more regular one to one meetings for staff.

People said they felt safe with staff. They also told inspectors they usually saw the same care workers.
