About Us
At Community SouthEast, we provide home care support to people living in Redhill and the surrounding areas of Surrey. Our aim is straightforward: to help individuals live well in their own homes, with the right level of support tailored to their needs and preferences.
We work with a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and those living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. We recognise that no two people are the same, and we take the time to understand what matters most to each person we support before putting anything in place.
