About Us
SD Care Agency supports people in their own homes in Guildford and across this part of Surrey. We work with older people, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability, autistic adults, people living with mental ill health, people with a physical disability and younger adults.
Home care should fit into a life that already exists rather than rearrange it. We begin by asking how the day usually runs, what has become difficult and what somebody can still do perfectly well and would rather keep doing.
