About Violet Home Care

We plan our rounds tightly around Epsom so that carers are not racing between calls and people see the same team. Staff train before working alone and are supervised in people's homes afterwards, not merely signed off in a classroom. We also try to be useful beyond the strict edge of the plan, noticing when a fridge is empty or somebody has gone quieter than usual.
