About Kare4You
We are Kare4You Surrey, a home care agency based in Epsom and supporting adults across the county. We provide care in people's own homes, at the times of day that suit them. We support older people and people living with dementia, people living with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, people with a visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults who need help with daily life. Our starting point is a proper conversation about what somebody wants from us and what they would rather keep doing themselves. A plan written over a person's head is quietly abandoned within a fortnight, so we agree it with them and change it when their circumstances change rather than at some fixed date on a form. We put real effort into continuity. Sending the same small group of workers to the same person makes the practical side easier and means changes in somebody's health get noticed early. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. We ask the people we support what is working and what is not, and we act on the answers.
