About Flow Healthcare-
Flow Healthcare in Surrey provides care and support to people in their own homes in Epsom and the surrounding area. We visit older people and younger adults, including people living with dementia or with mental ill health, people with a learning disability, people who are autistic, people with a physical disability and people with a visual or hearing impairment. We begin with a home visit and a proper conversation rather than a form, because what matters is how a household actually works. Once we understand where the day becomes difficult and what sort of help would be welcome, we agree a plan with the person and, if they wish, with their family, put it in writing and review it as circumstances change. Visits can cover getting up and settling at night, washing and dressing, medication, preparing meals, help around the house, shopping and getting out to appointments or to see people. We also provide dependable cover for relatives caring for somebody themselves. Continuity is the part we work hardest at. Familiar carers mean people are not constantly explaining themselves, and they are the ones who notice when appetite, mobility or mood has changed. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. If you are considering care at home in the Epsom area, please call us and we will talk through the options clearly.
