About Delore Care Woking
We are Delore Care, a home care agency based in Egham and supporting people in their own homes across Surrey. Our work covers older people, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability or who are autistic, people managing a mental health condition, and people with a visual or hearing impairment. Home care only works when it fits around someone's actual life, so we start by visiting, listening and agreeing a plan rather than handing over a standard package. Support might be a single call each morning, several visits a day, or something more substantial where somebody needs a steady presence to stay safely at home. We help with personal care, medication, meals, household tasks and getting out and about, and we are just as happy supporting someone to keep doing things for themselves as doing things for them. We put real effort into continuity. Knowing who is coming through the door, and having that person know how you take your tea and which knee is giving you trouble, is a large part of what makes care at home bearable rather than intrusive. It is also how our carers spot early that something is wrong.
