About Staywell Care Services

We are Staywell Care, a home care agency supporting adults in Camberley and across Surrey. Our job is to make it possible for people to carry on living in their own homes, and to do that without taking over. We support older people, including those living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities or autism, people living with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, people with visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults building independent lives. That breadth means we spend real time at the start working out what someone wants from us, what they would rather do themselves and where they need us to be quietly reliable in the background. Practically, that can mean help with washing and dressing, prompting and support with medication, meals, housework, company, or getting to an appointment or a club. The plan is written with the person and changed when their life changes rather than at some fixed review date. We have not yet been given an overall rating by the Care Quality Commission. Until we have, we would encourage you to ask us direct questions: how we check on our workers, what happens if someone is running late, who you ring at the weekend. We would rather be judged on clear answers to those than on anything we could say about ourselves here.
