About Catto Homecare

At Catto Homecare, we provide care and support to people in their own homes across Camberley and the surrounding areas of Surrey. We work with a wide range of individuals, including older people, younger adults, people living with dementia, those with learning disabilities or autism, and people with physical, visual or hearing impairments. Our aim is straightforward: to help each person live as independently and comfortably as possible, in the place they know best. We understand that inviting a care worker into your home is a significant step, and we do not take that trust lightly. We take time to get to know each person we support, their routines, their preferences and what matters most to them day to day. Care is not one size fits all, and we try hard to make sure the support we offer genuinely reflects the individual rather than a standard package. We are registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Our most recent inspection resulted in a rating of requires improvement, and we want to be open about that. We have taken the findings seriously and have been working through the areas identified to raise the standard of our practice. We believe honesty about where we are is more important than presenting a picture that does not reflect reality, and we are committed to making the changes needed. Our team covers Camberley and nearby parts of Surrey, and we are always happy to have an initial conversation with prospective clients or their families about how we might be able to help. There is no pressure and no obligation. If you would like to find out more about the support we offer, please do get in touch and we will do our best to answer any questions you may have.
