About Us

We provide care at home across Sittingbourne and the Medway and Swale area. We support older people, younger adults, people living with dementia or mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and those with sight or hearing loss.

Our visits are built around the person. That may mean help with personal care, support with medicines, meals, mobility, shopping and housework, or accompanying someone to appointments and back into their community.
