Knowing who is coming and when, and being told early about changes, is often what separates a manageable week from a difficult one, and the cost of getting it wrong falls on the person rather than on us. Our overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. We keep asking the people we support what we should change, and we tell them plainly when we cannot.
