About Us

Here at Lathbury Manor Care Home, we welcome residents and their families into a place that genuinely feels like home. Situated in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes, we are proud to be part of the local community and to offer a warm, supportive environment for the people in our care.

We support a wide range of needs, including older person care, residential care, dementia care, mental health, physical disability, visual and hearing impairment, younger adults, and respite care. This breadth of experience means that as a resident's needs change over time, we are well placed to adapt and respond in a way that feels seamless and reassuring for everyone involved.

We want to be straightforward with the people who come to us. Our most recent CQC inspection resulted in an overall rating of requires improvement, and we take that seriously. We have been working hard to listen, reflect, and make meaningful changes across the home. Our team meets regularly to review how we are doing, and we actively welcome feedback from residents, families, and visitors because we believe that honest conversations lead to better care.

Day to day, we focus on what matters most to each individual. That means respecting personal routines, encouraging independence wherever possible, and making sure that people feel heard and valued rather than simply looked after. Our staff know the residents well, and those relationships are at the heart of everything we do.

If you are considering Lathbury Manor for yourself or someone you love, we would warmly encourage you to come and visit us. See the home for yourself, meet the team, and ask us anything you like. We would rather answer the difficult questions now than leave a family uncertain at what is already a significant moment in their lives.

The provider remained in breach of regulation 17, about management oversight. The management team were described as committed to improving the service, and were open and transparent during the inspection.
