About Us
Ralphland Care Home is a residential home in Boston. We support older people needing help with daily living, including those living with dementia, those living with mental health conditions, those with a physical disability and those whose sight or hearing is impaired. We also support some younger adults.
Our care is the practical daily sort: help to wash and dress, medication given properly, meals cooked here, support to move about safely and staff available at night. For residents living with dementia we keep routines steady and faces familiar, and where sight or hearing is impaired we keep belongings where they are expected and check we have been understood.
We want to be open about where we stand. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is requires improvement. We are working through the points raised, with attention to record keeping, staff supervision and the consistency of care planning, and we would rather set that out ourselves and answer your questions than have you find it elsewhere. Relatives are part of that work, because they can tell whether things have genuinely changed.
Respite stays are available alongside permanent places.
Families across Lincolnshire are welcome to visit and ask us anything.
