About Us

Here at Oat Hill Mews, we provide nursing home care in the heart of Market Harborough, Leicestershire, supporting people across a range of needs and circumstances. Our team works hard every day to ensure that everyone who comes through our doors feels genuinely seen, heard and cared for as an individual.

We support older people, those living with dementia, individuals with physical disabilities and younger adults who require nursing level care. We also offer respite care, which can be a valuable option for people who need short term support, or for families who need a little breathing space knowing their loved one is in safe hands.

Dementia care is something we take seriously here. We understand how much the right environment and the right approach can matter to someone living with dementia, and we work to create a calm, familiar and reassuring atmosphere where residents can feel comfortable and settled.

For those joining us on a longer term basis, we focus on building genuine relationships. Getting to know someone properly, understanding their preferences, their history and what matters to them in daily life, makes a real difference to the care we provide. We involve residents and their families in decisions wherever possible, because we believe good care is always a conversation, not just a routine.

Market Harborough is a lovely town and we are proud to be part of this community. Families and friends are always welcome to visit, and we encourage that connection as an important part of wellbeing.

Our most recent CQC rating is currently listed as not yet rated, and we welcome anyone who would like to come and visit us, have a look around and ask questions. We think the best way to get a feel for Oat Hill Mews is simply to come and meet us.
