About Dignify Care
Dignify Care provides care in people's own homes in Salisbury and across Wiltshire. We support older people, adults living with dementia, people with a learning disability or autism, people living with mental health conditions, adults with a physical disability, and younger adults. Nearly everyone who contacts us wants to carry on living where they are, and in our experience that is achievable for far longer than families expect once the right support is in place. For one person that is a brief call each morning to help with washing, dressing and medication. For another it is several visits a day taking in personal care, meals, prompting and a bit of company. For a younger adult it is often help to keep a home, a job or a course going. We agree the shape of the support with the person rather than presenting them with a package, and we review it honestly when circumstances change instead of letting an old arrangement run on unexamined. Continuity is what we plan our rotas around. The same small group of carers visiting the same person makes personal care far easier to accept, and it means somebody who knows them will notice quickly when they are unwell or low. Dignify Care does not yet hold an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission. Please call us with your questions and we will give you straight answers.
