About Us

At Autonomy Care, we provide home care support to people living in Melksham and the surrounding areas of Wiltshire. Our work centres on helping people live well in their own homes, on their own terms, and we take that responsibility seriously.

We support a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and individuals living with a learning disability, autism, mental health conditions, or a physical disability. Because the people we work with have such varied needs and backgrounds, we put a lot of thought into matching the right support worker to each person.
