Most households approaching the home care agencies listed for Wolverhampton arrive with a fairly narrow question: can somebody reliable be at the door first thing each morning, and will it be the same person twice in a week? Wolverhampton City Council is the authority that carries out the care needs assessment behind any funded support and then decides what public contribution follows, and asking for that assessment is free and commits nobody to anything. One hundred and thirty four agencies match this search. Outstanding is represented among the inspection results, a good number hold Good, others sit at Requires Improvement, a small number have been judged Inadequate, and a very large group registered recently enough that no inspection has taken place and no rating exists. Because reliability is the thing that decides whether an arrangement works, use these profiles to reach the inspection reports and read what was said about late calls, staffing and medicines before you settle on anyone.

We at Quality Care Services 4U are a home care agency based in Wolverhampton, offering compassionate support to individuals across the West Midlands who wish to remain living independently in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Operating throughout Wolverhampton and the surrounding WV postcode area, our team travels to residents wherever they call home, whether that be a long standing family house, a bungalow, or a flat within the wider community. We understand that home is more than just a place; it holds memories, routines, and a sense of identity that we work hard to preserve. Our approach is built around fitting into your loved one's world, rather than asking them to fit into ours. Our care is thoughtfully tailored to meet a wide range of needs. We support older people who value a helping hand with daily living, whilst also providing specialised dementia care that focuses on gentle routines, patience, and preserving dignity through every stage of the condition. For adults living with learning disabilities or autism, we offer person centred support that champions independence, communication, and choice. We also care for individuals managing mental health challenges, physical disabilities, and younger adults who benefit from tailored assistance to lead full and meaningful lives. In practice, this means our carers are as comfortable helping with personal care and medication prompts as they are supporting someone to attend a hobby, prepare a favourite meal, or simply enjoy a cup of tea and a conversation. Families can take genuine comfort in knowing that their relative is being looked after by people who see them as an individual first, and a care recipient second. We work closely with loved ones to build a care plan that reflects real preferences, cultural background, and personal history, and we adapt that plan as needs evolve over time. As a newer presence within the regulated care landscape, Quality Care Services 4U has not yet received a formal CQC rating. Whilst this means there is no published inspection outcome to reference at present, we operate fully under the standards and expectations set by the Care Quality Commission, and we welcome the opportunity to demonstrate our values through the everyday quality of care we deliver. Families are encouraged to speak with us directly, ask questions, and get a real feel for who we are and how we work. Choosing home care is a deeply personal decision, and we know how much thought goes into finding the right team to welcome into a loved one's home. If you are exploring options in Wolverhampton or the wider West Midlands, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please get in touch to arrange a friendly conversation, and let us show you how we can help your family feel supported, reassured, and truly cared for.

We at Qualita Healthcare and Recruitment are proud to provide compassionate home care across Wolverhampton and the wider West Midlands, supporting individuals to live well and safely in the comfort of their own homes. As a dedicated home care agency rooted in the WV postcode area, we understand that choosing the right support for a loved one is one of the most important decisions a family can make, and we are here to walk that journey with you. Operating throughout Wolverhampton, we bring care directly to where it matters most: the familiar surroundings of home. There is something deeply reassuring about waking up in your own bedroom, enjoying a cup of tea in your own kitchen, and being surrounded by treasured memories and belongings. Our team travels across the local community to ensure that residents of Wolverhampton can continue to enjoy the comfort, independence, and dignity that home provides, whilst receiving the professional support they need each day. Our specialisms reflect the breadth of need within our community. We offer dedicated older person care for those who may need a little extra help with daily living, from personal care and medication support to companionship and assistance around the house. Our experience in dementia care means we approach every visit with patience, empathy, and an understanding of the unique challenges that memory loss can bring, both for the individual and for their loved ones. We work hard to build familiar, trusting relationships so that each visit feels reassuring rather than unsettling. We also provide thoughtful mental health support, recognising that emotional wellbeing is just as important as physical health. For adults living with physical disabilities, our team offers practical, respectful assistance that promotes independence and choice, helping people to live life on their own terms. We are equally committed to supporting younger adults who require care, tailoring our approach to suit individual goals, lifestyles, and aspirations rather than applying a one size fits all model. In practice, this means families can expect care that adapts as circumstances change, with open communication and a genuine willingness to listen. As a newer presence in the regulated care landscape, Qualita Healthcare and Recruitment is currently awaiting its first CQC inspection and is not yet rated. We see this as an opportunity to demonstrate, from day one, the standards of kindness, professionalism, and reliability that define our approach. Families can be confident that we operate within the framework of CQC regulation and welcome the scrutiny that comes with it, viewing inspection as an important part of building trust with the people we support. If you are exploring care options for yourself or someone you love in Wolverhampton, we warmly invite you to get in touch. A conversation costs nothing, and it may bring the clarity and peace of mind you are searching for. We at Qualita Healthcare and Recruitment look forward to hearing from you and to showing how the right home care can make every day a little brighter.

Care Angels Homecare provides support in people's own homes in Wolverhampton and the surrounding area. We work with older people, adults living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people with mental health needs, people with physical disabilities and younger adults. Every arrangement starts with a proper conversation about what somebody actually wants help with, what they can manage perfectly well on their own and how they want things done in their own home. We would far rather spend real time on that than arrive with a plan already written. For older people and people living with dementia, much of the work is practical and daily, and what matters most is consistency. Familiar workers, familiar timings, and enough handover between them that nobody has to keep explaining themselves. We also take time to learn about a person's life, because it helps us make sense of what we see and respond well to it. Where we support autistic adults, people with learning disabilities and younger adults, the emphasis shifts from doing to enabling: support with cooking, money, travel, appointments, work or college, and keeping up friendships and family relationships. Where we support people with mental health needs, we work in step with the community teams involved. We keep the teams around each person small, because care at home falls apart when the face at the door keeps changing. If you are looking into support at home in Wolverhampton, please get in touch.

Martworld Care provides support at home for people across Wolverhampton. Our work is to make staying at home practical and comfortable, with help arriving when it is needed and the rest of somebody's life left as they prefer it. Our carers visit older people who need assistance with personal care, medication, meals, mobility or the household jobs that quietly become obstacles. We support people living with dementia, where familiar rooms and a familiar face do a great deal of the work on their own. We also work with adults who have a learning disability and autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people living with a physical disability, people who have sight or hearing loss, and younger adults who want support that keeps them in charge of their own lives. Support is agreed with the person, includes what they would rather do for themselves, and is reviewed as circumstances change. We aim to send familiar carers so nobody has to keep explaining their own routine. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is Good. If you are looking into care at home in Wolverhampton, please call us and we will arrange to visit and talk things through.

Lovage Homecare provides care at home across Wolverhampton, supporting older adults and younger adults, people living with dementia, people with a learning disability and autistic adults, adults with mental health conditions, and those with a physical disability. We should be honest about our current position first. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is Requires Improvement. We would rather say so here than have somebody find it elsewhere and wonder what else we have left out. We know what was identified, we are working through it, and we will go over the findings and our response with anyone who asks. What we are working towards is the ordinary foundation of good home care rather than anything complicated. Visits that happen at the times agreed. The same care workers going to the same households so that people are genuinely known. Medication handled correctly. Records accurate enough that the next visit starts from the truth. Concerns raised with families early, while there is still something useful to be done. For people living with dementia and for autistic people those basics matter even more, because familiarity and a predictable routine are what hold a day together. The people we visit are entitled to all of that as standard. If you are considering care at home in Wolverhampton, ask us the hard questions and we will answer them.

We are a home care agency in Wolverhampton, supporting adults in their own homes. Our work is with older people and with younger adults, including adults who have a learning disability and autistic adults. That means the shape of what we do varies a great deal. For an older person it may be help with washing, dressing and meals, and somebody to talk to while it happens. For a younger adult it is often less about personal care and more about the scaffolding of an ordinary life. Help with cooking and shopping. Somebody alongside you in a place that would otherwise be too much. Support to keep a job or a course going. Before anything starts we come out and talk. We want to know how a household already runs, what somebody actually wants help with and what they would rather carry on doing themselves. Independence handed over unnecessarily is very hard to get back. After that it is about continuity. Sending the same carers to the same households is how trust forms, and trust is what makes everything else in this work possible. If you would like to talk about support at home, please get in touch and we will arrange to visit and discuss what would help.

Whiteshed Healthcare provides support at home for people across Wolverhampton. The people we visit include older people, many of them living with dementia, as well as younger adults, people with a learning disability or autism, people with a physical disability, people with sight or hearing loss and people managing mental health conditions. With a range that wide we do not pretend one approach suits everybody. We spend proper time at the start understanding how somebody lives, what they want help with and what they would rather keep doing themselves, and we then think carefully about which carer suits which person. The right match makes more difference than anything written in a plan, and once it is working we try to protect it by keeping the same small team visiting. Visits can cover personal care and medication, cooking, shopping and housework, support to get out into the community or to work and college, or company for somebody who sees very few people in a week. Some people need one short call a day and others need several, or support overnight. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and we are glad to be asked about our training, our staffing and how we handle concerns. You should know who to ring and get a straight answer when you do. If you would like to talk about care at home in Wolverhampton, please get in touch and we will explain the options honestly.

Sinai Care Solutions supports people across Wolverhampton in their own homes. We arrange visits around existing routines rather than around what suits a rota, and we aim to keep the same carers going to the same people. We support older people with the everyday tasks that have become harder, and people living with dementia, where continuity and patience are worth more than anything written on paper. We work with adults who have a learning disability and with autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people living with a physical disability and people with sight or hearing loss. We also support younger adults, whose expectations of care are usually rather different from the standard picture. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission was requires improvement. We would rather set that out ourselves than leave you to find it elsewhere. We have taken the findings seriously, and our focus has gone to the things families actually notice, which is reliable timekeeping, accurate records and carers who know somebody well enough to spot when something has changed. If you are weighing up home care in Wolverhampton, we would rather have an honest conversation about where we are now and what we are doing about it than make promises we cannot keep. Ask us the awkward questions.

We at Zion Care welcome you to learn more about our home care agency proudly supporting individuals across Wolverhampton and the wider West Midlands. Our mission is simple: to deliver thoughtful, person centred care in the place people love most, their own home. Operating throughout the Wolverhampton area and the surrounding WV postcode communities, we bring care directly to the doorsteps of those who need it. Remaining at home offers a familiar rhythm of life, the comfort of treasured belongings, the warmth of neighbours, and the reassurance of a setting filled with memories. We work alongside families to make this possible, supporting daily routines, social connections, and the quiet moments that matter just as much as the practical tasks. Our team supports a broad range of needs, which means we can adapt our care as circumstances evolve. We provide older person care for those who simply need a helping hand to keep enjoying independent living, and dementia care designed around patience, consistency, and gentle routine. For adults living with learning disabilities or autism, we focus on building trust, understanding individual communication preferences, and championing choice. We also support people experiencing mental health challenges, those with physical disabilities, and younger adults navigating their own journeys, offering tailored encouragement so each person can live as fully and confidently as possible. In practice, this means our visits are shaped around the individual, never the other way around. Whether that involves help with personal care, medication prompts, preparing a favourite meal, accompanying someone to an appointment, or simply offering companionship over a cup of tea, we take the time to understand what good care looks like for each person we visit. Families tell us that consistency and clear communication bring peace of mind, and we strive to provide both. Our most recent CQC inspection, carried out in March 2023, resulted in an overall rating of Requires Improvement across all five domains: safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well led. We acknowledge this rating openly and view it as a meaningful prompt to keep strengthening every aspect of how we work. Listening to feedback from those we support, their loved ones, and our staff is central to ongoing improvement, and we remain committed to building a service that families can rely on with confidence. Choosing care for someone you love is rarely a straightforward decision, and we understand the weight that comes with it. If you are exploring home care options in Wolverhampton for a parent, partner, relative, or friend, we warmly invite you to get in touch. We are happy to talk things through at your pace, answer questions honestly, and help you consider whether our support might be the right fit for your family. Whatever you decide, we wish you reassurance and clarity on the road ahead.

We provide care at home in Bilston and the surrounding part of Wolverhampton, supporting older people and younger adults, including people living with dementia, people with physical disabilities and people with loss of sight or hearing. Our part is practical. We arrange visits at the times that suit, help with washing and dressing, support with medication, a hand with meals, shopping and housework, assistance to move about the house safely, and company for somebody who spends too much of the week alone. Where needs are greater we arrange more frequent calls, and where they change we review the plan rather than leaving it as it was first agreed. What people really judge an agency on is whether carers arrive when they said they would and whether it is the same faces each week. We work at both. A carer who knows somebody notices when they are unwell, in pain or unusually withdrawn, and for people living with dementia a familiar and unhurried visit does more good than anything written down. Where sight or hearing is poor, small habits matter: saying who you are on coming in and leaving things where they were put. Our carers are trained for the needs they are asked to meet and can reach senior colleagues for advice. Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall. If you are looking into care at home, please get in touch for an honest conversation.

Charter Care is a home care agency in Willenhall, supporting people in their own homes across this part of the West Midlands. We will put our rating up front rather than let you find it and wonder why we said nothing. The Care Quality Commission last rated us requires improvement. We accept the finding instead of arguing with it. An inspection records what was there on the day, and the work of putting it right belongs to us. There is an action plan, the people who commission care from us know where we have reached with it, and if you are deciding whether to trust us with a relative, ask us directly and we will answer directly, including the parts that do not flatter us. The work itself is with older adults, with younger adults, with people managing a mental health condition, with people who have a physical disability, and with people who are blind, partially sighted, deaf or hard of hearing. We also take on work involving alcohol or drugs, which a good many agencies quietly decline, and which asks for steadiness rather than disapproval. Visits cover washing and dressing, medicines, meals, housework, shopping, appointments and company. Ring us and we will come out and assess honestly.

We are Truth Recruitment, and we provide care and support to adults in their own homes across Wolverhampton. Our visits range from a single short call each day through to several hours of support, arranged to fit the person's routine rather than our rota. We help older people with washing and dressing, medication, meals, shopping and the household jobs that become harder with time. We support adults living with dementia, where the same familiar care workers arriving at predictable times do more good than anything else we can offer. We also support people living with mental ill health, people with physical disabilities and people living with sight or hearing loss, adapting how we communicate and assist so that the person stays in charge of their own day. Some of those we support are younger adults working towards greater independence. Because recruitment is part of what we do, we put real effort into who comes through your door. Our care workers are recruited with full checks and references, trained for the particular people they support rather than in the abstract, and properly supervised afterwards. At Noah Care Group, we are a home care agency based in Wolverhampton, supporting people to live comfortably and confidently in their own homes. We believe that receiving care should never mean giving up independence, and everything we do is shaped around the individual needs of the people we support. We work with a wide range of people across Wolverhampton and the surrounding areas, including older adults, younger adults, and people living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. Our team takes the time to get to know each person properly, because good care is built on understanding someone as a whole person, not just their care needs. Home care means something different to everyone. For some people, it is support with daily routines, personal care, or medication. For others, it is companionship, help getting out and about, or simply having someone consistent and reliable to call on. Whatever that looks like for you or your loved one, we work to make sure our support fits around your life rather than the other way around. We are particularly experienced in supporting people living with dementia, and we understand how important familiarity and routine are for both the person and their family. We also work closely with people with learning disabilities and autism, always taking a person centred approach that respects communication preferences and individual ways of doing things. We are proud to be part of the Wolverhampton community and to play a role in helping local people remain in the place they feel most comfortable. If you would like to talk to us about how we might be able to help you or someone you care about, please do get in touch. Caring Care provides support at home to people across Wolverhampton. We work with older people and people living with dementia, with adults who have a learning disability and with autistic adults, with people who have mental health needs, physical disabilities or a visual or hearing impairment, and with younger adults. Each package is planned around the person. Some people want a short call in the morning to help with washing, dressing and medication so the day starts safely. Others need support at several points, with meals, mobility, the laundry and the house, or help to get out to appointments, work and the people who matter. For younger adults and for people with a learning disability, the work is often about making independent living practical, from budgeting and cooking to keeping a tenancy going. We visit before anything begins, agree the plan with the person and anyone they want present, write it in plain words and review it as circumstances change. We are honest when we think somebody needs more support than can safely be provided at home. Keeping the same carers going to the same households is something we work at rather than treat as a luxury, because familiarity is what allows a carer to notice that someone is not themselves. At our most recent inspection the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall. Please contact us to arrange a visit.

We at Endear Solutions are proud to offer compassionate home care across Wolverhampton, supporting older people and younger adults to live safely and comfortably in the place they know best: their own home. Based in the WV postcode area, we serve families throughout Wolverhampton and the surrounding West Midlands communities. As a home care agency, our environment is not a building but the familiar surroundings of each person we support. This means our team travels to you, delivering care in the comfort of your living room, kitchen, and garden, amongst treasured possessions, photographs, and routines that bring genuine reassurance. For many families, this continuity of place makes all the difference to a loved one's sense of wellbeing and identity. Our care is tailored around three core specialisms: older person care, home care, and support for younger adults. In practice, this means we work with a wide range of individuals whose needs and lifestyles differ enormously. For older residents, we can offer gentle assistance with the tasks that have gradually become more challenging, whether that is help with personal care, medication reminders, preparing meals, or simply enjoying a friendly conversation over a cup of tea. Our support is designed to preserve dignity, encourage independence, and lift the day to day pressures that can weigh on families caring for an elderly relative. For younger adults, our approach recognises that care is not one size fits all. We work alongside individuals who may be living with a disability, a long term condition, or who simply need a helping hand to maintain their independence and pursue the life they want to lead. Our aim is always to enable, not to take over, empowering people to make their own choices and continue engaging with hobbies, education, employment, and their local community. Because our care is delivered in the home, we understand how important trust becomes. Families are welcoming us across the threshold of a much loved space, and we do not take that responsibility lightly. We take time to get to know each person we support, listening carefully to their story, their preferences, and the small details that make a routine feel right. Whether visits are short and practical or longer and more involved, our commitment is to consistency, warmth, and respectful professionalism at every call. Endear Solutions is currently listed as Not Yet Rated by the Care Quality Commission. This simply means an initial inspection has not yet taken place, which is common for newer providers or those recently registered. We remain fully regulated by the CQC and continue to work to the standards expected of every home care provider in England, keeping robust policies, training, and safeguarding practices at the heart of what we do. Families are always welcome to ask us questions about how we operate and how we assure the quality of the care we deliver. Choosing home care can feel like a significant step, and we know that families often come to this decision after much thought and, sometimes, considerable worry. Please do reach out to us at Endear Solutions to talk through what you or your loved one might need. Whether you are exploring options for the first time or looking for a provider who will truly listen, we would be glad to have a warm and honest conversation with you about how we can help.

For older people, we provide gentle, respectful assistance with everyday tasks, companionship, and the routines that keep life meaningful. Our dementia care is delivered with patience and understanding, offering families the reassurance that their relative is being supported by carers who recognise the importance of consistency, calm communication, and dignity throughout every visit. We also support adults living with mental health conditions, offering a steady and empathic presence that promotes independence and emotional wellbeing. For those with a physical disability, our carers focus on enabling choice and autonomy, assisting with mobility, personal care, and daily activities in a way that empowers rather than restricts. We are equally committed to supporting younger adults, recognising that care needs at any age deserve a thoughtful, individualised approach that respects personal goals, lifestyles, and aspirations. In practice, this means families can expect a care plan shaped around the individual rather than a fixed template. From short visits that provide a helping hand with medication or meals, through to more comprehensive daily support, our carers work in partnership with clients and their loved ones to ensure the right level of assistance at the right time. We believe good home care is built on trust, reliability, and genuine relationships, and we take pride in getting to know each person we support as an individual. Trusted Care is currently awaiting its first CQC inspection and therefore has no published rating at this time. Whilst a rating offers valuable insight, we welcome the opportunity to demonstrate our standards through the quality of our care, the professionalism of our team, and the feedback of the families we support. New providers registered with the Care Quality Commission operate under the same regulatory framework as established agencies, and we remain fully committed to meeting and exceeding those expectations as we work towards our inaugural inspection. Choosing home care for a loved one is one of the most important decisions a family can make, and we understand the emotions that come with it. If you are exploring options in Wolverhampton and would like to learn more about how we could support your relative, we warmly invite you to get in touch. A conversation with our team can help you understand what care at home might look like for your family, with no pressure and no obligation. Whatever stage you are at in your search, we are here to listen, to guide, and to reassure.

We at Beyond Support are proud to offer compassionate home care across Wolverhampton and the wider West Midlands, bringing professional support directly to the doorsteps of those who wish to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Operating throughout the WV postcode area, our team travels across Wolverhampton to reach individuals in every corner of the community. Home care allows the people we support to stay surrounded by the memories, routines, and neighbourhoods they cherish, whether that means a favourite armchair by the window, a treasured garden, or simply the reassurance of familiar walls. We believe that the best care fits seamlessly into the life someone has already built, rather than asking them to adapt to a new environment. Our specialisms reflect the diverse needs of the community we serve. We provide dedicated older person care for those who need a helping hand with the tasks of daily life, from personal care and medication support to companionship and assistance with meals. Our home care visits are tailored to each individual, meaning that whether someone requires a short daily call or more comprehensive support throughout the week, we shape our approach around their preferences and pace of life. For adults living with a physical disability, we understand that maintaining independence is often the most important priority. Our team works closely with each person to identify where support genuinely adds value, whilst always respecting the choices, dignity, and autonomy of the individual. From mobility assistance and personal care to helping people stay connected with their community, our aim is to enable, not to take over. We also support younger adults who benefit from care in their own homes. This might include those transitioning to independent living, individuals recovering from illness or injury, or people managing longer term conditions who value a familiar, personalised approach. We recognise that younger adults often have very different goals from older clients, and we adapt accordingly, focusing on the ambitions, interests, and social lives that matter to them. For families, choosing home care is often an emotional decision. You want to know that the person you love is safe, treated with kindness, and supported by people who genuinely listen. At Beyond Support, we place relationships at the heart of what we do. Consistent carers, clear communication, and a real willingness to understand each person as an individual are the foundations of the care we deliver. As a newer provider, Beyond Support has not yet received a formal CQC rating. Whilst we look forward to our first inspection, we want families to know that we operate to the same rigorous standards expected across the sector. We are fully committed to safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well led practice, and we welcome open conversations with prospective clients and their loved ones about how we work, who we are, and what you can expect from us. If you are exploring home care options in Wolverhampton for yourself or a family member, we would be delighted to hear from you. Reach out for a friendly, no obligation conversation about your situation, and let us show you how thoughtful, person centred care at home can make all the difference.

Advance Healthcare is a home care agency in Wolverhampton, supporting people in their own homes across the city. We work with older people and younger adults, with people living with dementia, with people who have physical disabilities and with people who have sight or hearing loss. Our visits are shaped by the person. They may include help to wash and dress, support with medication, preparing meals, assistance with mobility and moving safely about the home, light household tasks, or company and help to get out to appointments and to see people. Some clients need a single short call each day and others need support several times over. We want to be straightforward about where we stand. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is requires improvement. We have accepted those findings rather than argued with them, and we are working through the areas identified, with closer attention to our care planning, our record keeping, our staff training and the way we respond when a client or a relative raises a concern. We would rather talk openly with anyone considering us about what has changed and what is still in progress. Consistency is central to good care at home, so we are also working to keep the same carers visiting the same people. If you are looking for care at home in Wolverhampton, we are glad to visit, answer questions and let you judge us on how we work.

Serenity Always Health Care supports people in their own homes across Wolverhampton. We work with older people, adults living with dementia, people with a learning disability or autism, those with a physical disability or a visual or hearing impairment, people living with an eating disorder, and adults working through problems with alcohol or drugs. We also support younger adults. That is a wide range of people, which is why we plan each arrangement individually rather than offering a set package. We begin by talking properly with the person about how they want their life to run, what they manage well themselves and where support would genuinely help, and we set that out in plain language so everyone knows what good support looks like. We must be straightforward about our last inspection. The Care Quality Commission rated us requires improvement overall. We did not dispute the findings. We accepted them, put an improvement plan in place and are working through it with closer oversight of the areas raised. We would rather tell you this ourselves and let you judge the progress. Where someone is managing an eating disorder or an addiction we work alongside the professionals already involved, and we neither judge nor lecture. We keep teams small so people see familiar faces. Please contact us if you would like to talk things through and ask us the hard questions.

Midas Care Solutions provides care and support in people's own homes across Wolverhampton. We work with older people, people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, people living with sight or hearing loss, and younger adults. We would rather be straight with you from the start. At our most recent inspection the Care Quality Commission rated us as requires improvement. We are not going to write around that. The findings were taken seriously, there is an improvement plan we are working through, and we would much prefer you heard it here than found it elsewhere. Ask us directly what has changed and what is still outstanding and you will get a plain answer. What we are trying to do has not changed. Home care rests on being where we said we would be, at the time we said, doing the job properly when nobody is checking, and remembering that we are guests in somebody's home. The work covers personal care, medication, meals, mobility, household jobs, shopping, appointments and proper company, and for some of the people we support it looks quite different again. Real improvement comes from listening to the people we visit and then acting rather than recording. That is where our attention sits, and anybody is welcome to hold us to it.

- Home Care
Care Is Where The Heart Is provides support at home for people across Wolverhampton. Our visits range from a short call in the morning to several each day, and the shape of it is agreed with the person rather than offered as a fixed package. For older people we help with washing and dressing, medication, meals, laundry, shopping and getting out to appointments or to see friends, and we keep an eye on the wider picture, raising a poor appetite or new unsteadiness early rather than leaving a family to discover it. For people living with dementia we keep the same care workers visiting wherever the rota allows, work with the routine the household already has and leave things where they belong. We support adults with mental health needs, where turning up reliably and without judgement is the most useful thing we do, and people with a physical disability who need help to move safely and manage at home. We also support people living with eating disorders. That work calls for consistency, honesty and no judgement at mealtimes or afterwards, and we do it alongside the health professionals involved. Younger adults are supported around their own commitments. Our care workers are trained for the people they actually visit, and we keep teams as settled as the rota allows because a familiar face changes how a visit goes. Please ring us if you would like to talk about care at home here.

Here at Ave Maria Care in Wolverhampton, we provide home care to people in our local community who need support to live well in their own homes. We work with older adults, younger adults, and people living with dementia, tailoring the care we offer to suit each person as an individual rather than applying a one size fits all approach. We know that inviting someone into your home to help with personal care or daily routines is a big decision, and we take that trust seriously. Our care workers get to know the people they support, their preferences, their routines, and what matters most to them in their day to day lives. That relationship between a care worker and the person they visit is at the heart of what we do. For people living with dementia, we understand how important familiarity and consistency are. We try to ensure continuity so that the same faces are visiting regularly, which helps people feel settled and supported rather than unsettled by constant change. We want to be straightforward with you. Our most recent CQC inspection resulted in a "requires improvement" rating, and we take that seriously. We have been working through the feedback given to us and making real, practical changes to how we operate. We believe in being open about where we are and honest about the work we are putting in to improve things for the people who rely on us. If you are looking for home care in Wolverhampton for yourself or a loved one, we welcome you to get in touch and have a conversation with us. Based in the WV postcode area, our team works throughout Wolverhampton, bringing personalised care directly to residents wherever they call home. Whether you live in a family house, a bungalow, a flat, or sheltered accommodation, we tailor our visits and support around your daily routines, your preferences, and the environment that feels most familiar to you. Our care covers a broad spectrum of needs, reflecting our commitment to being there for people at every stage of life and through many different circumstances. We provide dedicated older person care and dementia care, offering gentle, patient support for those living with memory loss, whilst also giving families reassurance that their loved one is in safe, understanding hands. For adults with learning disabilities or autism, we take the time to understand individual communication styles, sensory preferences, and personal goals, helping each person live the life they choose. Our mental health support is grounded in empathy and respect, promoting wellbeing and stability through consistent, trusted relationships with our carers. We also assist people with physical disabilities and those living with visual or hearing impairments, adapting the way we communicate and providing practical help with mobility, personal care, and everyday tasks. Younger adults navigating long term conditions or life changes will find our team flexible and understanding, working alongside families, health professionals, and other support networks to build a package of care that genuinely fits. In practice, this means help with washing, dressing, medication reminders, meal preparation, companionship, and the many small acts of kindness that make a real difference to daily life. Families tell us that knowing a familiar carer is arriving each day brings peace of mind that is hard to measure but easy to feel. As a newer presence with the Care Quality Commission, Sandwell has not yet received a formal rating. We view this as an opportunity to demonstrate the standards we set ourselves from day one: transparency with families, careful recruitment and training of our team, and a genuine commitment to person centred care. We welcome open conversations about our approach and are happy to discuss how we work, what safeguards we have in place, and how we continually review the support we provide. Choosing home care is a deeply personal decision, and we understand the trust families place in us when they invite us into a loved one's home. If you are exploring options for yourself or someone dear to you in Wolverhampton, we would be delighted to hear from you. At The Hub, we provide home care support to people living in Wolverhampton and the surrounding area. We come to you, working within your own home and on your own terms, so that you can continue living the life that suits you best. We support a wide range of people, including younger adults, and those living with a learning disability or autism, a physical disability, or a visual or hearing impairment. We understand that no two people are the same, and we take time to get to know each person we support, building care around their individual needs, preferences and routines rather than asking people to fit around us. We are proud to hold a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the genuine effort our team puts in every day. That rating matters to us not because of what it looks like on paper, but because it tells us we are doing right by the people we support and their families. Home care works best when there is real trust between the people receiving support and the people providing it. We are mindful of the fact that we are guests in someone else's home, and we carry that responsibility seriously. Whether someone needs help for a few hours a week or more intensive day to day support, we aim to be reliable, respectful and straightforward to work with. If you are looking for support for yourself or for a family member in the Wolverhampton area, we would be very happy to have a conversation about what we can offer. Verona Court provides care and support to people in their own homes in Wolverhampton. We work with older people and people living with dementia, with adults who have a learning disability and with autistic adults, with people who have physical disabilities or a visual or hearing impairment, and with younger adults. Support is planned around the person rather than offered as a fixed package. For some people it is help at the start and end of the day with washing, dressing, medication and a meal. For others it is longer support with mobility, the house, the shopping and getting out to appointments and to see people. For adults with a learning disability and for autistic adults, the work is often about making independent living practical, from budgeting and cooking to keeping a tenancy going. We visit before anything begins, agree the plan with the person and anyone they want involved, write it in plain language and review it as circumstances change. We say honestly when we think somebody needs more support than can safely be provided at home. Continuity matters more than almost anything else in home care, so we keep teams small and familiar, brief our staff properly before a new call and let people know if we are running late. At our most recent inspection the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall. Please contact us to arrange a visit anywhere in the city.

We at Totally Care are proud to offer compassionate home care across Wolverhampton and the surrounding West Midlands communities, supporting individuals to live safely, comfortably and independently within the place they know best: their own home. Based in the WV postcode area, our team works throughout Wolverhampton and its neighbouring localities, bringing personalised support directly to people's doorsteps. Because our care is delivered in the familiar surroundings of each person's home, every visit is shaped around the individual routines, preferences and comforts that make daily life meaningful. Whether someone lives in a family house, a bungalow or sheltered accommodation, we adapt our approach to fit seamlessly into their environment and lifestyle. Our specialisms reflect the diverse needs of the people we support. We provide care for older adults who may need a helping hand with everyday tasks, companionship or more comprehensive daily support. For those living with dementia, we take time to understand each person's history, preferences and communication style, offering calm, patient support that promotes reassurance and dignity. Families often tell us that knowing a familiar, well trained carer is visiting a loved one brings enormous peace of mind. We also support adults with learning disabilities and autism, working closely with the individual and their family to promote independence, choice and confidence in daily living. Our approach is respectful and person centred, focusing on what each person can do and what they wish to achieve, rather than what they cannot. For people living with physical disabilities, we offer practical support with mobility, personal care and household routines, always encouraging autonomy whilst ensuring safety. Younger adults who require care in their own homes will find a team that understands the importance of maintaining social connections, pursuing interests and building a life that feels genuinely their own. In practice, this means our carers may assist with washing and dressing, medication prompts, meal preparation, light housework, shopping, attending appointments or simply providing warm, friendly company. Every care plan is built around the person, not the task list, and we work in partnership with families, healthcare professionals and other loved ones to ensure that support remains consistent, responsive and genuinely helpful as needs change over time. As a newer entry on the Care Quality Commission register, Totally Care has not yet received a formal CQC rating. Whilst an inspection outcome is still to come, we remain fully regulated by the CQC and committed to meeting the standards expected of every registered provider in England. We welcome open conversations with prospective families about our policies, staff training, safeguarding practices and how we monitor the quality of care we deliver each day. Choosing home care is a deeply personal decision, and we understand that families often begin this journey feeling uncertain about what lies ahead. If you are exploring care options for yourself, a parent, a partner or another loved one in Wolverhampton, we would be delighted to talk with you. Please reach out to arrange an informal conversation, ask any questions you may have, or request an assessment. At Totally Care, our door is always open, and our promise is simple: to treat every person we support with the kindness, respect and attentiveness we would wish for our own families.

We at TS Healthcare are proud to provide compassionate home care across Wolverhampton and the surrounding West Midlands communities. As a dedicated home care agency covering the WV postcode area, we bring professional, person centred support directly into the place where our clients feel most comfortable: their own home. Operating throughout Wolverhampton, our team travels to clients across the local authority area, offering care that fits seamlessly into familiar surroundings. Rather than asking individuals to adapt to a new environment, we come to you, whether that means a quiet terraced home, a family bungalow, or a supported living setting. This approach allows the people we support to remain rooted in their own community, close to neighbours, memories, and the routines that give daily life its meaning. Our specialisms reflect the diverse needs of the individuals and families who turn to us. We provide older person care for those who wish to maintain their independence as they age, alongside specialist dementia care delivered with patience, consistency, and a deep understanding of how memory changes affect everyday life. For younger adults, and for people living with learning disabilities or autism, we tailor our support to promote choice, confidence, and meaningful daily activity. We also support individuals managing mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments, adapting our communication and practical assistance to suit each person's preferences and abilities. In practice, this breadth of specialism means families do not need to search for multiple providers as needs evolve. Whether a loved one requires companionship and light domestic help, personal care, medication prompts, or more complex support around complex health and sensory needs, our team is equipped to respond with skill and warmth. We work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and social workers to build care plans that reflect the whole person, not just a list of tasks. Loved ones can feel reassured that continuity, dignity, and respect sit at the heart of every visit. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection, carried out in November 2023, where we were rated Good overall. This rating was awarded across all five key domains: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well led. For families, a consistent Good rating offers meaningful reassurance. It confirms that independent inspectors found our care to be delivered safely, that outcomes for the people we support are positive, that our team demonstrates genuine kindness, that we respond thoughtfully to individual needs, and that our leadership fosters a culture of accountability and improvement. Choosing home care is a significant decision, and we understand the mix of emotions that often accompanies it. Whether you are exploring options for a parent showing early signs of dementia, planning transitional support for a younger adult moving towards greater independence, or seeking regular help so a partner can remain safely at home, we are here to listen. Please get in touch with us to arrange a conversation, discuss your circumstances, and learn how our team in Wolverhampton can offer the steady, respectful support your family deserves.

Our support covers older people who need help with washing and dressing, medication, meals, shopping and keeping the house going, and adults living with dementia, where a calm routine and a familiar care worker make more difference than anything else we could offer. We also support people living with mental ill health, people with physical disabilities, and younger adults who want help to run their own home and to do more for themselves as their confidence grows. We visit before anything starts, sit down properly with the person and with family or an advocate if that is wanted, and agree what the support is for. That plan gets written down, it is reviewed, and it changes when circumstances change. We keep rotas as steady as we can, and if we are going to be late we let people know rather than leaving them watching the window. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission. Our care workers are recruited with full checks, trained before working alone and supervised, and a manager is contactable when needed. If you are looking into care at home in Wolverhampton, please ring us.

101 Healthcare provides care in people's own homes across Wolverhampton. We visit older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability or autism, people living with mental ill health and people with physical disabilities. We begin with a conversation rather than a form. How does the day actually go at the moment? What is genuinely difficult and what is fine? Who else is already helping, and what do they need from us? From there we agree what support would work, put it in plain writing and get on with it. We would rather start with less and build up than arrive with a package that takes over somebody's home. For some people the support is practical, with washing, dressing, medication, meals and shopping. For others it is about keeping a tenancy and a routine going through a hard stretch, getting to appointments, managing paperwork and having somebody reliable who notices how things are. Continuity matters more than almost anything else we do, so we send the same carers to the same homes, introduce people properly and listen when somebody tells us a match is not working. The Care Quality Commission has not yet given us an overall rating. We would rather say that openly. In the meantime we are happy to explain how we recruit, train and supervise our staff and to answer any question before you decide anything.

Park View Supported Living works in Wolverhampton, supporting adults in their own homes. We work with people who have a learning disability, with autistic people, and with people living with a mental health condition. Most are younger adults. Supported living is a different proposition from a care home and the difference is the whole point. The tenancy belongs to the person. The front door is theirs. We are there because we are needed and wanted, not because we are supervising, and the aim is for our involvement to fit the life rather than the other way round. In practice support means doing things with people and not for them. Cooking, shopping, budgeting, keeping on top of a tenancy, getting to work or college, managing appointments, and handling organisations that were plainly not designed for people who think differently. Where mental health is the central issue, the work is mostly patient and ordinary, including keeping a routine steady when somebody is unwell and noticing early when things are sliding. Risk comes up often. We start from how something might be made to work rather than from a refusal, because a life with all the risk taken out of it is not much of a life. We have not yet had a full inspection by the Care Quality Commission, so there is no rating to show you. Get in touch and come and talk to us.

Here at R&R Supported Living, we provide home care to people living in Wolverhampton and the surrounding area, supporting individuals to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes for as long as they choose. We work with a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and those living with dementia, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. Every person who comes to us has their own story, their own routines, and their own preferences, and we take the time to understand what matters to each individual before we put any support in place. Care is not one size fits all, and we do not treat it that way. Our team works closely with the people we support and their families to make sure that the care we provide genuinely fits around their lives rather than the other way around. Whether someone needs help for a short time each day or more regular, ongoing support, we aim to make each visit feel consistent and reassuring rather than rushed or impersonal. Supporting someone with dementia or a physical disability often means thinking carefully about more than just practical tasks. It means being present, being patient, and understanding that things can change from one day to the next. We keep communication open with families and take any concerns seriously. We are based in Wolverhampton and know this community well. That local knowledge matters to us because it helps us connect people with the right support and understand the environment they are living in. We welcome enquiries from individuals, families, and professionals who are exploring care options. If you would like to find out more about what we can offer, please do get in touch and we will be happy to have an honest conversation about how we might help.

We provide care at home in Willenhall and the surrounding part of Wolverhampton, supporting older people and younger adults, including people living with dementia, people with mental health conditions and people with physical disabilities. Our part is practical. We arrange visits at the times that suit, help with washing and dressing, support with medication, a hand with meals, shopping and housework, and assistance to move about the house safely. Where needs are greater we arrange more frequent calls, and where they change we review the plan rather than leaving it as it was first agreed. What people really judge an agency on is whether carers arrive when they said they would and whether it is the same faces each week. We work at both. A carer who knows somebody notices when they are unwell, in pain or unusually withdrawn, and the person is spared explaining themselves over and over. For people living with dementia a familiar and unhurried visit does more good than anything written down, and where somebody's mental health is unsettled that familiarity matters even more. Our carers are trained for the needs they are asked to meet and can reach senior colleagues for advice. We do not yet hold an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission and are happy to discuss that openly. If you are looking into care at home, please get in touch.

Complesso Healthcare Solutions provides care and support to people in their own homes across Wolverhampton. We work with people living with dementia, people with learning disabilities, autistic people, people with physical disabilities, people with sight or hearing loss and people managing an eating disorder. Support belongs to the person receiving it. It is their home and their routine, and our job is to make something possible that has become difficult rather than to take a household over. We visit first, take our time over the conversation and agree what help is wanted, when and by whom, with family or an advocate involved whenever the person wants them there. Because the people we work with have quite specific needs, we are careful about who we send. Staff are trained for the particular person rather than given one general induction, and where somebody has an eating disorder or a way of communicating that is not speech, we make sure those visiting understand it and we work alongside the relevant clinical and community teams. We keep the team around each household small and introduce new support workers properly. For autistic people that consistency matters more than anything, along with notice of any change well in advance and attention to sensory needs. Support can cover personal care, medication, meals, help around the house and with shopping, getting out to appointments or somewhere sociable, and company. Please get in touch if you would like to talk about support in Wolverhampton.

We at Advance Healthcare (James Beattie House) are proud to offer compassionate home care across Wolverhampton and the surrounding West Midlands communities, supporting older people and younger adults alike to live well in the place they know best: their own home. Based within the WV postcode area of Wolverhampton, our team is well positioned to reach families throughout the town and its neighbouring areas. Being rooted locally means we understand the community we serve, from the quiet residential streets to the busier neighbourhoods, and we tailor every visit to fit around the rhythms of each person's daily life. Home care is at its most meaningful when it feels familiar, respectful, and unobtrusive, and that is the standard we hold ourselves to with every call we make. Our specialisms reflect the breadth of need within any community. We provide dedicated older person care for those who wish to remain independent at home whilst receiving a helping hand with daily routines. Our dementia care is delivered with patience and gentle consistency, recognising that familiar faces and predictable routines can make an enormous difference to someone living with cognitive change. For individuals living with mental health conditions, we offer support that prioritises dignity, encouragement, and emotional wellbeing alongside practical assistance. We also support adults living with physical disabilities, working alongside each person to promote independence and confidence in their own environment. For those with visual or hearing impairments, our carers adapt their communication and approach to ensure every interaction feels clear, calm, and reassuring. Younger adults who require care at home benefit from the same person centred approach, with support shaped around their goals, interests, and aspirations rather than their diagnosis alone. In practice, this means families can trust that their loved one is being seen as a whole person. Whether it is help with personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, companionship, or specialist support for more complex conditions, our carers arrive ready to listen and respond to what matters most that day. We know how much it means to relatives, often juggling work and their own responsibilities, to feel confident that Mum, Dad, or a family member is safe, comfortable, and treated with warmth. As a newer registered provider, we are currently Not Yet Rated by the Care Quality Commission. This simply means our first full inspection is still to come. We welcome the CQC framework and the transparency it brings to families making important decisions, and we are committed to meeting and exceeding the standards expected of a modern home care provider. In the meantime, we are always happy to talk openly about our approach, our team, and how we deliver care day to day, so you can make an informed choice based on real conversation rather than a single letter grade. If you are exploring home care in Wolverhampton for someone you love, we would be honoured to hear from you. Reach out for a friendly, no pressure chat, and let us help you understand what thoughtful support at home could look like for your family. You do not have to navigate this alone, and we are here whenever you are ready to talk.

We provide care at home in Tettenhall and across Wolverhampton. Those we visit include older adults, people living with dementia, people with physical disabilities, people living with sight or hearing loss, and younger adults. Our aim is to make a person's own home workable rather than merely supervised. That distinction matters to us, because the quickest way to reduce what somebody can do is to do all of it for them. So we help with what has genuinely become difficult and we leave alone what the person would rather keep managing, even where that takes us longer. Continuity is what we protect hardest. A familiar carer who has read the notes and remembers last week's conversation achieves more in half an hour than a stranger does in an hour. We send the same small team to the same households wherever the rota allows, and we give notice when something has to change instead of leaving anyone watching the window. Our overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. We would rather treat it as a baseline than quote it as a credential. We ask the people we visit what we should do differently, and the useful answers tend to be small, specific and mildly critical.

We are D & E Luxurious Health Care Solutions, based in Wolverhampton, and we provide care in people's own homes across the city and the surrounding area. Our name says something about the standard we aim for, but in practice what people notice is more ordinary than luxurious: carers who turn up when they said they would, who know how you like things done, and who do not rush. We support a wide range of people. Older people, including many living with dementia. Adults living with mental ill health. People with physical disabilities and people living with sight or hearing loss. Younger adults. We also support people living with an eating disorder and people dealing with problems with alcohol or drugs, work that calls for patience, reliability and no trace of judgement. Every arrangement begins with a proper conversation in the person's home. We ask what the day looks like now, what is genuinely hard, and what somebody still wants to manage without help. From there we set the visits, which might be a short daily call, several visits a day, or longer periods so that a family carer gets a real break. We have not yet had an overall rating published by the Care Quality Commission, and we would rather tell you that ourselves. We are glad to explain how we recruit, train and supervise our carers, so please ring and put us to the test.

Lumak provides care and support to people in their own homes across Wolverhampton. We work with older people who want to carry on living independently, with people who have physical disabilities and with younger adults who need support to manage daily life. What we do depends on what the person actually wants. For some it is a short call each morning to help with washing, dressing and medication so the day starts safely and without a struggle. For others it is support at several points, with meals, mobility, the laundry and keeping the house in order, or a hand with shopping and getting out to appointments and to see people. For younger adults the emphasis is often less on personal care and more on the practical business of running a home and a life. We come out before anything begins, agree the plan with the person and anyone they want involved, write it down in plain language and review it honestly as things change. We say plainly when we think somebody needs more support than can safely be given at home. Reliability is what people judge home care on, so we keep the same carers going to the same households, arrive when we said we would and ring if we are delayed. The Care Quality Commission has not yet published an overall rating for us. We are registered with them and work to their standards. Please contact us to arrange a visit.

Savvyloft Care provides support at home to people across Wolverhampton. We work with older people and people living with dementia, with people who have mental health needs, physical disabilities or a visual or hearing impairment, and with younger adults who need support to live independently. We are a home care agency working across Wolverhampton, supporting adults in their own homes so that moving somewhere else does not have to be the answer. Most of the people we visit are older adults, and many are living with dementia. We also support people living with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, and younger adults who need help with daily life. Depending on what somebody needs, that might be a single call each morning or several visits through the day, covering personal care, support with medication, meals, housework, shopping and company. Because we are guests in somebody's home, they set the terms. We ask how things are usually done and we do them that way, rather than arriving with a system of our own. We agree the times that suit and we keep to them, since a late call is no small matter when somebody is waiting to get up or needs their tablets. We try to send the same small group of workers to the same person. A familiar face is easier to let into the house, and a worker who knows somebody notices sooner when they are unwell or unhappy. We have not yet received an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission. Until we have, please ask us direct questions about how we recruit, train and supervise, and who you can reach out of hours. We will answer plainly.

Grace 247 Care provides care and support to people in their own homes across Wolverhampton, working mainly with older people who want to carry on living in surroundings they know. Most people who contact us are at the point where managing alone has become a strain, either for them or for the family trying to help. Our job is to take that strain off without taking over, so we ask what has actually become difficult, agree how we can help with that, and leave the rest alone. Our visits can cover help with getting up and going to bed, washing and dressing, prompting and support with medication, preparing meals and drinks, help with moving about safely, and practical tasks such as shopping, laundry and keeping the house in order. Some people need one call a day and others need several, and we adjust as circumstances change. Reliability is what home care is judged on, and rightly so. We plan rounds sensibly, keep the same carers with the same people wherever we can, and let people know when we are running late. Our carers are trained and properly supervised. We are Outcome Care and Support, a home care agency in Wolverhampton. We support people in their own homes, working with older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, people managing a mental health condition, people with a physical disability or a sensory impairment, and people affected by eating disorders or by alcohol and drug misuse. That range means there is no standard arrangement to offer. We begin by finding out what an ordinary day looks like for the person, where it has become difficult and what they want to go on doing themselves, and we build from those answers rather than from a list of what we provide. Some of the people we support need patience over a long stretch rather than intensity over a short one. Where progress is not a straight line, the most useful thing a carer can be is steady and unshockable, arriving as agreed and not treating a difficult week as a reason to withdraw. We work alongside GPs, community teams, clinical staff and social workers so that support at home fits with everything else, and we keep the same carers with the same people wherever the rota allows. We are Care 4 U Wolverhampton, and we provide care and support to adults in their own homes across the city. Our visits range from a single short call each day through to several hours of support, arranged to fit the person's routine. We help older people with personal care, medication, meals, shopping and keeping the household going. We support adults living with dementia, where the same familiar care workers arriving at predictable times do more good than anything else we can offer. We also support adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people living with mental ill health, people with physical disabilities and people living with sight or hearing loss, adapting how we communicate and assist to suit the individual. Everything begins with a visit and a proper conversation at home, with family or an advocate present if that is wanted. We agree what the calls are for, what must never be missed and what the person would rather manage alone, and we write it down and review it. Wolverhampton is a diverse city, so we ask about language, faith and food instead of assuming. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is outstanding. Anika Care provides support in people's own homes in Wolverhampton and the surrounding area. We work with older people, adults living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people with mental health needs, people with physical disabilities, people with visual or hearing impairment and younger adults. Every arrangement starts with a proper conversation about what somebody actually wants help with, what they can manage perfectly well on their own and how they want things done in their own home. From there we build a small, settled team, because care at home only really works when the person opening the door recognises who is on the other side. For older people and people living with dementia, much of the work is practical and daily, and consistency matters most. Familiar workers, familiar timings, and enough handover between them that nobody has to keep explaining themselves. Where we support autistic adults, people with learning disabilities and younger adults, the emphasis shifts from doing to enabling, and we plan around work, college and family life. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is requires improvement. We would rather tell you that ourselves than leave you to find it elsewhere. We are Absolute Care Solutions, a home care agency in Wolverhampton. We support older people in their own homes, including adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people with a physical disability, people with a visual or hearing impairment, and people affected by eating disorders. We begin by finding out what an ordinary day looks like for the person, where it has become difficult and what they want to go on doing themselves. That last answer is usually the clearest and the most useful, because support built around what somebody wants to keep tends to last while support built on assumptions gets resented. Supporting a person with an eating disorder at home asks for particular care. Mealtimes can be the hardest part of a day, and a carer who handles it clumsily makes things worse. We follow the plan in place with the person's clinical team rather than improvising around it. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is requires improvement. We would rather say that plainly than leave a family to come across it elsewhere. We know what the inspection identified, work is in hand on it, and we are willing to go through the detail with anyone considering support from us.

Clarity Homecare Wolverhampton supports people in their own homes across the city. We work with older people, adults living with dementia, people managing mental ill health, adults with physical disabilities, people with visual or hearing impairments and younger adults. We chose our name because families arranging care are usually dealing with enough confusion already. We try to be plain about what we will do, when we will do it and what it will cost, and to say honestly when something falls outside what we can safely offer. Our visits cover personal care, medication, meals, mobility, help getting up and settling at night and support to get out into the community. Care is planned around a person's own routine rather than around our convenience, and we protect continuity of staff as far as we can, because home care only really works when the person arriving already knows how someone likes things done. We also pay attention to the things that never appear on a care plan. Someone eating less than they were, a change in mood, a growing reluctance to go out. These often tell us more than a completed task list, and we raise them early with families and professionals. We have not yet received an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission. If you are considering support for yourself or a relative, we are glad to talk it through with no obligation.

We are a home care agency based in Wolverhampton, supporting people in their own homes right across the city. Our visits can be short and frequent, or longer and less often, depending on what actually helps. The plan belongs to the person we are visiting, not to us. We support older adults, including many people living with dementia, and younger adults whose circumstances are quite different. Among the people we visit are those with a learning disability, autistic people, people managing a mental health condition, people with a physical disability and people who are blind, partially sighted, deaf or hard of hearing. We also support people whose difficulties involve alcohol or drugs, which is work that a good many agencies quietly decline. That last point is worth being plain about. Supporting somebody through or alongside a drink or drug problem asks for a particular temperament in a care worker. It calls for steadiness rather than disapproval, for turning up again after a week that went badly, and for knowing when to involve someone else. We recruit and train with that in mind, and we are honest with people about what we can and cannot do. Across all of this the practical offer is the same. Help with washing and dressing, medication, meals, shopping, getting out of the house, and keeping an eye on how someone is doing. The Care Quality Commission rates us good overall. Call us if you would like to talk through what support might look like.

- Home Care
Britannia Social Care provides care and support to people in their own homes across Wolverhampton. We work with older people and people living with dementia, with adults who have a learning disability and with autistic adults, with people who have mental health needs, physical disabilities or a visual or hearing impairment, with younger adults and with people recovering from an eating disorder. Every package we provide is planned individually, because the people we support want quite different things. We visit first, talk it through with the person and anyone they want present, agree in plain language what help is needed and what they want from it, then review it honestly as things change. A visit might mean personal care and medication, help with meals, shopping and the house, or support to get out to appointments, work or the places that keep somebody connected. Where a person is in recovery from an eating disorder, mealtimes are handled calmly and according to the plan agreed with them and the professionals involved rather than improvised on the day. Consistent, familiar carers are what make home care work, so we keep teams small, brief our staff on the person rather than just the tasks and let people know when we are delayed. At our most recent inspection the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall. Please contact us to arrange a visit.

Arranging and funding home care in Wolverhampton
The measure of an agency is not the brochure but the rota. Whether the same carers come, whether they arrive near the agreed time, and whether anybody rings when they cannot, will shape daily life far more than any promise made at the first visit. One hundred and thirty four agencies are registered to work in Wolverhampton, and their inspection results run the whole length of the scale.
Where the ratings fall
Outstanding is represented among these agencies. A good number hold Good, including Thirteen57 Ltd, Atiba House and Hibiscus Domiciliary Care Agency. Others such as Bluebird Care and Medirite are rated Requires Improvement, and a small number have been judged Inadequate. A very large group, among them Abimatic Care Ltd, LCK Healthcare and Pure Care Support Wolverhampton, have registered too recently to have been inspected at all.
How to judge an agency with no published rating
An unrated agency has not been found wanting; it simply has not been looked at yet. That puts the questions back on you. Ask how long the registered manager has been in post and what they did before, where carers are recruited and what induction they receive, how they are supervised in someone's home, and whether a current client family would be willing to talk to you about how it has gone.
The checks worth making before visits start
Ask how many different carers will attend in a fortnight and what happens during holidays and sickness. Ask what the agency does when a call runs late and who is told. Ask how medicines are recorded and how a complaint is investigated. Ask to see a sample care plan and confirm it sets out a real routine, then agree when the first review will take place, since needs at home shift quickly in the early weeks.
Choosing between home care agencies in Wolverhampton
A care needs assessment is worth having whoever ends up paying, because it produces a written account of the help required that any agency can work from. It is free and open to any adult who appears to need care and support.
What the assessment covers
An assessor talks through mornings and evenings, washing and dressing, meals, medicines, moving about the house and how safe someone feels when alone. A relative already providing help can ask for a carer's assessment of their own needs. Nothing is agreed on the day, and the outcome comes in writing afterwards.
Council support and direct payments
Adult social care in this area is the responsibility of the Wolverhampton City Council social care team, which carries out a financial assessment once needs have been agreed. Savings and income are measured against national thresholds, while the home someone continues to live in is left out of the calculation entirely for care delivered there. Where support is agreed, a direct payment lets a household commission the agency it has chosen rather than accept an allocated one.
What the visits cost
Rates are quoted by the hour or by the call and rise for evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and again where two carers must attend together. Very short calls often work out dearer per minute than longer ones. Ask for written rates covering travel and mileage, the notice period and late cancellations, since those terms differ far more between agencies than the headline hourly figure.
Frequently asked questions about home care in Wolverhampton
Which agencies provide home care in Wolverhampton?
One hundred and thirty four agencies registered with the Care Quality Commission match this search. They include established providers such as Hibiscus Domiciliary Care Agency and Bluebird Care alongside newer arrivals like Abimatic Care Ltd, Henvey Healthcare Solutions and Qualita Healthcare and Recruitment Ltd. Some are registered for supported living with younger adults rather than personal care for older people, so it is worth checking the registration on each profile. Every listing shows the current rating and links to the inspection report.
What is the difference between home care and a care home?
Home care sends carers to your address at agreed times, so the house, the routine and the neighbours all stay the same. A care home provides a room, meals and personal care in one building with staff on duty day and night. A nursing home does the same and employs registered nurses on site for wounds, injections and complex medication. Many families in Wolverhampton keep care at home for as long as it remains safe and consider a move only when needs continue overnight.
What should I ask an agency before agreeing to visits?
Ask who will attend, how many different carers to expect and how the rota copes with holidays and sickness. Ask what training staff hold for the conditions in your household, particularly dementia and safe moving and handling. Ask how visits are logged, how a concern is raised and how quickly you would hear back. Ask for every charge in writing, including travel, weekend rates and the notice needed to reduce or stop the visits.
How do I arrange a care needs assessment in Wolverhampton?
Contact the adult social care team at Wolverhampton City Council and describe what has become hard to manage. The assessment is free, needs no referral and is open to any adult who appears to require care and support. An assessor will cover personal care, meals, medicines, mobility and safety at home, or on the ward if someone is already in hospital. The written outcome sets out the support judged necessary and can be shared with any agency you approach.
Will Wolverhampton City Council help pay for home care?
It may, after a financial assessment carried out once needs have been agreed. Capital and income are compared against national thresholds set for adult social care. The home someone continues to live in is disregarded when care is delivered there, so more households qualify than expect to. Agreed support can be arranged by the council or taken as a direct payment to spend on an agency of your own choosing.
How soon should we start arranging home care?
Start when everyday tasks begin to slip rather than waiting for a fall or an admission to force the issue. Early morning and bedtime calls are the slots agencies fill first, so a few weeks of notice widens the choice considerably. Assessments and financial checks take time to work through as well. If a hospital discharge is being planned, raise care arrangements with the ward team before a date is agreed.
