Take 4 Care provides care and support in people's own homes in Grays and across Thurrock. We work with older people, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults. We take the word support seriously and try hard not to let it slide into doing things for people. At our most recent inspection the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall, and we keep asking the people we support whether we are doing what we said we would.
