About Onward Connections

Onward Connections provides care and support to people in their own homes in Grays and the surrounding part of Thurrock. We work with older people and with younger adults, and our experience covers dementia, physical disabilities, and sight and hearing loss. Support is worked out at home with the person and whoever they want present, not decided in advance.
