About Us

Lordgrace Delight Healthcare supports people across Grays and the surrounding part of Thurrock in their own homes. We arrange visits around the routines somebody already has rather than around what suits a rota, and we aim to keep the same carers going to the same people.

We support older people who need help with the everyday tasks that have become harder, and people living with dementia, where familiarity and patience are worth more than anything written down. We work with people living with a physical disability, where good support is mostly about restoring practical independence, and people with sight or hearing loss, where sensible adjustments change how a whole day feels. We also support people living with eating disorders and younger adults, and we approach that work carefully and without judgement.
