About Us

We are Angels By Classic, providing care at home from our base in Ipswich to people across Suffolk.

We support older people and people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, people with a physical disability or a visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults who need help to live independently.

Nothing starts with a package. It starts with a visit, a cup of tea and an honest conversation about what has become hard and what would genuinely make a difference. Some people need one call a day. Others need several visits covering personal care, medication, meals and the practical business of keeping a house running. A few need considerably more than that to remain safely at home, and we are straightforward about whether we can provide it.

Continuity is something we protect rather than aspire to. Sending the same carers to the same people is what allows a relationship to form, and a relationship is what makes somebody comfortable enough to accept help with washing or to mention a worry they have been sitting on.

Our carers are trained for the specific work they do and are properly supervised, and we keep in contact with district nurses, GPs and social workers.
