About Us

Calm 365 Healthcare provides care and support in people's own homes in Bury St Edmunds and across Suffolk. We visit older people, people living with dementia, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and younger adults.

Our first meeting is a conversation rather than an assessment. What has genuinely become difficult? What do you still manage well and would rather we left alone? What would take the most pressure off this week? Times and tasks come from those answers, because a plan written the other way round describes a category of person instead of a real one.

The work covers personal care, medication, meals, moving safely about the house, laundry, shopping, appointments and time to talk properly. For people living with dementia we hold to the same carers at the same times wherever the rota allows and follow the routines already in the household.

Where mental health is part of the picture, the useful thing is steadiness: keeping to arrangements, noticing when somebody is not themselves without turning it into an interrogation, and being easy to talk to without a formal appointment. We work with community teams and GPs rather than alongside them.
