About Us
Brunelcare provides domiciliary care to people living in their own homes across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Our job is to give people the support they need in the place they have chosen to be, and to do it without taking over their lives.
We support older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, those managing mental health conditions, people with a physical disability, and people with sight or hearing loss. The help itself covers personal care, support with medication, meals and drinks, mobility, and the everyday tasks that become difficult when health declines. Some people see us once a day and others need several visits, and we review arrangements as needs change rather than leaving them fixed.
We ask what a person can still do and build around that, because independence lost unnecessarily is very hard to get back. We agree the plan with the person and, where they want it, with their family, and we write it in plain language.
Our carers are trained for the work they do and supported by managers who know the rounds. We keep visits as consistent as we can, because familiarity makes care easier for everybody.
If you would like to talk about support at home in Bristol or South Gloucestershire, please contact us and we will go through the options with you.
