About Us

At Venus Healthcare, we provide home care support to people living in Hampton and across the Richmond upon Thames area. We work with younger adults, including those living with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions, helping people to live as independently as possible in their own homes.

We believe that good care starts with genuinely getting to know someone. That means understanding not just their support needs, but their routines, preferences, and what matters most to them day to day. We take the time to listen before we do anything else, and we build our support around the individual rather than expecting people to fit around us.

Our team works across a range of settings, from supporting people with daily living tasks and personal care through to more specialist support for those with complex needs relating to learning disabilities, autism, or mental health. We know that for many of the people we support, having the right person at the right time can make a real difference to how they feel about their day, and we take that responsibility seriously.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission, which means our work is subject to independent oversight and regulation. We welcome that accountability because we think transparency matters in care.

Being based in Hampton means we are genuinely local. We understand the area, we are accessible to the people we support and their families, and we are not a distant organisation trying to manage things from afar.
