About Us
Here at St Mary's Team Care, we provide home care support to people living in Camden and the surrounding areas of London. Our work centres on helping individuals remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, with the right level of support tailored to their everyday needs.
We work with older people, those living with dementia, and individuals with physical disabilities. Each person we support has a different set of circumstances, routines and preferences, and we take the time to understand what genuinely matters to each of them before we put any care arrangement in place.
