About Clark Care Services

We at Clark Care are proud to be a trusted home care provider supporting families across Reading and the surrounding RG postcode communities. As a dedicated home care agency, we bring compassionate, personalised support directly to the place people love most: their own home. Operating throughout Reading and the wider Oxfordshire and South East area, our team travels to those who need us, delivering care in the familiar comfort of each person's own surroundings. Whether you live in a quiet residential street, a village on the outskirts, or closer to the heart of town, our carers are committed to becoming a warm and reliable presence in your daily routine. Remaining at home, surrounded by treasured belongings, favourite chairs, and beloved gardens, can make all the difference to wellbeing, and we feel privileged to help make that possible. Our specialisms reflect the diverse needs of the people we support. We provide thoughtful older person care for those who wish to maintain their independence whilst receiving gentle help with the tasks that have become more challenging. Our home care offering is shaped around each individual, from short visits for medication prompts, meal preparation, or personal care, through to longer companionship calls and more comprehensive daily support. We also welcome younger adults who benefit from tailored care at home, recognising that every person, regardless of age, deserves support that fits their lifestyle, goals, and aspirations. In practice, this means families can trust that a loved one is receiving attentive, respectful assistance, and that carers take the time to truly listen, learn preferences, and build genuine relationships. We are pleased to hold an overall rating of Good from the Care Quality Commission, with Good ratings across the Safe, Effective, Caring, and Responsive domains. This independent recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering kind, capable, and person centred care. We also acknowledge our Requires Improvement rating in Well-led and have used this honestly as a foundation for strengthening our leadership, oversight, and continuous improvement, because we believe transparency and a willingness to grow are essential qualities in any care provider. Choosing care for someone you love is one of the most important decisions a family can make, and we understand the weight of that responsibility. If you are exploring home care options in Reading or anywhere across the RG area, we warmly invite you to get in touch. We would be delighted to talk through your situation, answer your questions without pressure, and help you discover whether our approach feels like the right fit for your family. Whatever path you choose, we wish you reassurance, clarity, and peace of mind on the journey ahead.
