About Us

We at Home Instead Senior Care North Oxfordshire are proud to offer compassionate home care across Banbury and the surrounding villages of North Oxfordshire, helping people remain safe, comfortable and independent in the place they love most: their own home.

Because our care is delivered in your own home, the environment is one you already know and cherish. Whether that is a family house in a Banbury neighbourhood, a cottage in one of the nearby villages, or a flat closer to the town centre, we adapt gently to your routines, your surroundings and the way you like things done. Our role is to fit thoughtfully into daily life, not to disrupt it, supporting you in familiar rooms, amongst treasured belongings and within the community you know.

The care we provide is broad and deeply personal. Our specialisms include older person care, dementia care, mental health support, physical disability, learning disability and autism support, and care for people living with visual or hearing impairment. We also support younger adults whose needs are best met at home. In practice, this means a carefully matched caregiver who understands the small things that matter, whether that is a preferred morning routine, gentle prompting and reassurance for someone living with dementia, support with mobility and personal care, or simply warm, reliable companionship. For families, it brings the relief of knowing a loved one is in trusted hands, with consistent visits, clear communication and care plans that flex as needs change.

Our commitment to quality is reflected in our Outstanding overall rating from the Care Quality Commission, with Outstanding marks in both the Caring and Well led domains, and Good ratings for Safe, Effective and Responsive care. These results speak to something our families tell us every day: that our caregivers are genuinely kind, that our office team is approachable and well organised, and that the relationships we build truly make a difference.

If you are exploring care for someone you love, we understand how significant this decision feels. We would be honoured to listen, answer your questions and help you consider what good support at home could look like. Please reach out whenever you are ready, and we will be here to guide you with warmth, patience and care.
