About Us

We provide care at home for people in Oxford and the surrounding Oxfordshire area. Our carers visit you where you live, and what happens during that visit is decided with you rather than for you. It might be help getting washed and dressed, support with medication, cooking, shopping and housework, getting out to appointments or into town, or an hour of company for somebody who would otherwise see nobody that day.

We support older people, including many living with dementia, as well as younger adults, people with a learning disability or autism, people with a physical disability, people with sight or hearing loss and people managing mental health conditions. With a range that wide, matching matters. We think carefully about which carer suits which person, and we aim to keep the same small team visiting so that nobody has to explain themselves again every week.

The first thing we do is sit down with you and talk properly about your routine, your preferences and what has become harder. We then write a plan from that conversation and revisit it as things change, in either direction.
