About Us

We provide care at home in Oxford and the surrounding area. Those we support include older adults, people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, people living with sight or hearing loss, and younger adults. We also support people living with eating disorders.

Working across that range means we are careful about who we send as well as how they are trained. Skill matters and so does manner. Somebody who has struggled with an eating disorder does not need a carer with opinions about food, and an autistic adult does not need one who improvises. Being the right person for a particular household is a real qualification, and we treat matching as central rather than administrative.

Reliability is the other half of it. We keep rounds realistic, we do not agree to patterns of care we cannot properly staff, and we give notice when something has to move.

Our overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. We would rather use it as a floor than a selling point, and we make it easy for people to tell us when something has gone wrong.
