About Us
At Premier Personal Care, we provide home care support to people living in Henley on Thames and the surrounding areas of Oxfordshire. We work with a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and individuals living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. Our aim is straightforward: to help people live well in their own homes, on their own terms.
We understand that inviting someone into your home is a significant decision, and we take that trust seriously. Every person we support has their own story, their own routines, and their own preferences. We take the time to understand what matters most to each individual, and we build our support around that rather than fitting people into a one size fits all approach.
Our team is made up of people who genuinely care about the work they do. We invest in their training and development because the quality of care someone receives depends entirely on the people delivering it. Whether we are supporting someone with their morning routine, helping them stay connected to their community, or providing more specialist support for complex needs, we try to do it in a way that feels natural and respectful.
We are proud to hold a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the consistent effort our team puts in day to day. But we do not rest on that. We are always looking at how we can improve and listening to feedback from the people we support and their families.
If you are considering care for yourself or a loved one and would like to find out more about what we offer, we would be very happy to have a conversation. There is no pressure, just an honest chat about how we might be able to help.
