About Us

Carereach 24/7 provides support at home to adults in Didcot and across Oxfordshire. As the name suggests, we are set up to support people around the clock, not only during convenient hours, because needs rarely arrange themselves neatly between nine and five.

We support older people, including many living with dementia, alongside adults with a physical disability, people with a visual or hearing impairment, people managing a mental health condition and younger adults. Support ranges from a single daily call to considerably more involved packages, covering personal care, help with medication, meals, housework and laundry, mobility support, appointments and company.

We agree each package with the person and the people close to them, and we write down clearly what every visit is meant to achieve so nobody is left guessing. Keeping the same carers with the same households is something we plan for rather than hope for, and where a change cannot be avoided we say so in advance.

We review support as circumstances change instead of letting a plan go stale, and we would far rather hear about a problem early than be told about it months later.
