About Us

We provide care in people's own homes in Chipping Norton and across Oxfordshire. Our name says what we think matters, and the conversation part is not decoration. A great deal of what makes home care work happens while the kettle is on.

Most of the people we visit are older. We help with washing and dressing, medication, meals, shopping and the practical jobs around the house that have become awkward. We support people living with dementia, where continuity of carer and a steady routine can decide how a whole day goes. We also work with people who have a physical disability, including safe help with moving and transfers, with people whose sight or hearing is impaired and with younger adults needing support to live independently.

Our visits are not rushed. Time spent talking is not time wasted, and it is often in conversation that we notice somebody is not quite right, which lets us raise it early with family or a GP.
