About Us

At Clarissa's Home Healthcare, we provide home care support to people living in Bicester and the surrounding areas of Oxfordshire. Our work centres on helping people remain in the comfort of their own homes, maintaining their independence and continuing to live life on their own terms.

We support a range of people across different stages of life, including older adults, younger adults, and individuals living with dementia or a physical disability. Each person we support has their own routines, preferences and ways of doing things, and we try our best to work around those rather than the other way around. Care visits are arranged to suit the individual, and we take time to understand what matters to each person before we begin.

We want to be straightforward with people who are considering our care. Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in a "requires improvement" rating, and we take that seriously. We have been working through the feedback we received and making practical changes to how we operate.
