About Us
We are Victory Locum, a home care provider based in Rochester and supporting people in their own homes across Medway and the wider Kent area.
The people we support are varied. We work with older people and people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, people managing a mental health condition, people with a physical disability or a visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults who want to live independently with support in place.
Our starting point is always a conversation in the person's own home. We look at what someone can still do and wants to keep doing, what is genuinely difficult, and what would actually help. From that we agree a plan together, whether that means a single morning call, visits across the day, or a larger package covering personal care, medication, meals and help around the house.
We take continuity seriously. Sending the same carers to the same households is better care, and it is also what makes somebody comfortable enough to mention the thing they would not raise with a stranger.
Our carers are trained for the work they are sent to do, and the office stays reachable so that families are not left chasing. We liaise with district nurses, GPs and social workers where they are involved.
