About Us
We provide care in people's own homes in Lincoln and the surrounding parts of Lincolnshire. Our work is straightforward: giving people the help they need to carry on living where they want to live, at the times they have agreed, from carers they recognise.
Home care covers a good deal of ground. For some people it is a single morning call to help with washing and dressing and to get breakfast under way. For others it is several visits through the day covering personal care, medication, meals, laundry, shopping and a bit of company. Our aim is to cover what has become difficult and leave alone what has not, because taking over more than is needed does nobody any favours.
Reliability is what households tell us matters most. If a call is booked for eight in the morning, somebody should be there at eight, and it should be a carer the person knows. We plan our rounds around that and keep families informed rather than leaving them to wonder.
