About Us
At Prepare4care, we provide home care to people living in Canterbury and the surrounding areas of Kent. Our team supports a wide range of individuals, including older adults, people living with dementia, those with learning disabilities or autism, people with mental health needs, physical disabilities, and younger adults who need a helping hand to live well at home.
We believe that receiving care at home should feel as natural and comfortable as possible. People know their own routines, their own preferences, and what matters to them day to day. Our role is to work alongside that, not to impose a one size fits all approach, but to listen carefully and build support around each person as an individual.
Our work covers everything from help with personal care and daily routines through to more complex support for people living with dementia or long term conditions. Whatever the level of need, we aim to make sure that everyone we support feels respected, heard, and genuinely looked after.
We are proud to hold a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the consistent effort our team puts into providing care that is safe, effective, and responsive.
