About Us

At Hope Care Agency, we support people living in Kensington and Chelsea to remain in their own homes, with the routines, surroundings and independence that matter most to them. We work with older adults, younger adults and people who need ongoing support in their daily lives, tailoring what we do around each person rather than offering a one size fits all approach.
