About Us

We support people in their own homes in Sandown and across the Isle of Wight. We work with older people, with adults who have a learning disability or autism, with people who have mental health needs, with people who have physical disabilities and with younger adults.

Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is outstanding. We are pleased about that, though we are aware that a rating describes what inspectors found at a particular time and that the job is to keep on earning it. What lies behind it is fairly ordinary. Matching staff carefully to the people they support, giving notice before anything changes, listening to how somebody communicates rather than assuming, and keeping our team long enough that they genuinely know the people they visit.
